hey guys! We haven't had one of these in a while, and i thought it'd be fun to bring them back! And if you don't know how it works already, basically, the judge(me, for this round) comes up with a theme and a date for them to be due. Then the judge well, judges the drawings and the winner becomes the new judge! And I don't think there are any rules other than nothing inapropriate and stick to the theme, Lmk if there are others!
and without further ado, the first theme is, drum roll please, Journey! Judging will be february 5! I'm super excited to see your pictures!

Ack, I'm so sorry this is late. I must say I was procrastinating yesterday, but then when I actually did start to judge, well, life got in the way. Unfortuanately I still can't see Sirfire's picture, so I'm judging without her. Sorry!
An honarable mention to: Alex! Your deer girl was super cute, and I love the simplicity of your style. Great job, seriously!
Another honarable mention to: NoOneKnows! I love the take you had on the theme, and the composition of the drawing was pretty cool. I like it!
3rd place: Spellbound! I love the "wild imagination" idea, and all the colors and shapes on one side of the face looked so cool. The only critique I have is that the face shape seemed a little off, and I would have liked to see more detail in the hair. Overall great job, though!
2nd place: doggiegirl2010! Although your drawing was very simple, it was so beautiful and the dancer looked so expressive. The anatomy and shading looked practically perfect, and I definitely thin dancing can bring out the wild side in you.
1st place: Hawthorne! Wow. Your lion just looked so majestic and, well, wild. The way you drew the face looking straight at you was great, and I just love the way pen drawings look. Wondeful!

Oh my goodness, I won?! Congratulations to every one else, your art is so amazing!
I guess that means I have to come up with the next theme... hmmm, the next theme will be... ocean! I'll be juging on the 16th, but I can change that if you need more time. Can't wait to see all the art!

Oh no! I just realized I will be away for vacaction on the 15th. Is it okay if you push the judging to the 14th? It's okay if you can't. I already posted my artwork. I can look at the judging when I come back from vacation.

So here is my entry. I've only done a few digital drawings and they turned out terrible. I thought I'd give it a try. I've never done a digital drawing on chatterbox before though. Anyways I think it turned out ok.
