Hi Everyone!I am

Hi Everyone!
I am working on arranging organ lessons for myself, and I started wondering what instruments other Cp8Brs play. What instruments do you guys play? How long have you been playing them? Do you enjoy them?
I play piano and organ. I have been playing piano for about seven years, and I started getting interested in organ this summer. I really like both!
Looking forward to hearing from you!

you play organ? That is really cool! My brother does but I probably won't ever.

I take piano lessons and I used to take guitar lessons, tho I still play guitar a bit sometimes. I don't enjoy piano as much as I feel like I should coming from a rather musical family - I don't like taking lessons and being told what to play, (which rn is all classical - okay, but i want more variety) and if I don't like a piece I probably won't practice it as well/much. But I truly enjoy it sometimes.

But I really like singing, and I'm in choir at school. I personally think my voice is pretty average though.

I play the violin, and I am in book 4 of Suzuki. I can also play a little piano.

I play percussion, so I know lots of little instruments in addition to snare drum, mallets/bells, base drum and timpani. I also know some basic piano and guitar.

I don't currently play anything on a regular basis, but I played the piano for about two years, the viola for two years, and the clarinet for four years. I've been thinking of picking the clarinet back up again; I kind of regret my decision to stop playing it. I also know very limited ukulele, but it has been a while. My brother plays the bass guitar, and he's taught me a little bit.

I picked up clarinet in my school band in August, and we recently had our winter concert. We got to played Star Wars, which was really cool, but it was a little hard (being new to the instrument). My friends and I are doing an ensemble, and we picked out a piece called Promenade. It's a quartet, but it has some really high notes (I think the highest is a high F on treble clef), so I'm a little worried about that.

I play the flute,  and I've been doing it for about a year and a half. I really enjoy it, although I don't always want to play it. I play in band, where I am the only one on the flute. This is suprising because fluteis really one of the more common band instruments. I also take lessons evey so often.

You don't happen to live in Pennsylvania or New York or are in marching band? I went on a marching band trip once and there was a band with only one flute! I just thought that was incredible because in the 7th and 8th grade band (we're combined sadly) there are 9 other flutes besides me. In marching band we have like 12 or something. We are a small school with a small band too.

No, I don't live in Pennsylvania or New York, but I'm glad I'm not the only lone floutest/flutest. That makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

I play flute and have played for four years now. I'm first chair which basically means that I'm the best flute player in seventh and eighth grade, so I'm pretty good. I knew how to play basic ukulele two years ago but that was required for a music class I took. I didn't like it and have promptly forgotten everything. I think piano is cool but sadly I can only point out middle C because I've never had lessons. I would like to learn to play the violin someday but I'm not sure where I would go to learn. (I live in the middle of nowhere and there aren't very many opportunities like that.) I'm in chorus and I can sing but not amazingly.

I've been playing the saxophone for three years, and I used to play the piano. I stopped playing piano because my teacher was too strict, but I still play it on my own. I love playing the saxophone because I love the smooth sound it makes.

I play three instuments: The piano, the ukulele, and the kazoo.

The piano, I've played for 6(?) years. I love it and dread it at the same time. The ukulele, I picked up a year ago and I play for my youth group when we sing. The kazoo I just got for my birthday and I am enamored with it.

I play piano and have been for about 7 years now. I also play flute, which I've been doing for 3-4 years now. I've been trying to teach myself to play the ukulele, but I'm not very good at string instruments so it's going kind of slow.

I also own an unholy amount of cheap plastic kazoos and I love them all very much. Sometimes I carry them around in my coat pockets for good luck.

I've been playing a lot of instruments, but I only am still playing one.

I played the piano a little bit. I think that was for a couple of years, and for most of my younger years. Unfortunately, I slowly stopped playing it, and when my family moved, we got rid of the piano.

I took some recorder (if you don't know what that is, it kind of looks like a flute) classes when I was like 8 or 9. I liked that one a lot, and that was for about 1 to 2 years. The tune sounded haunting, especially when I was doing a duet with someone else. Unfortunately, after the classes ended for good, I still played the recorder a little bit and then stopped. I still have it at home though, so I may try it again sometime.

Mom had a dulcimer when she was young (its sort of hard to describe? You can look it up if you want to know what it is), and she gave it to me for me to play. That was real short lived though. I never properly learned how to play. I just made up a few tunes and after a few days, stopped playing it.

Then, I got a ukelele. I got it for my birthday last year, and I loved it, once I got going. I know a lot of songs now, including my favorite one to play, 'here comes the sun'. That was annoying to learn, but rewarding to play. That was the one I am still playing now.
