TV Show Recommendations Thread
So I pretty much don't watch TV, I mostly just watch movies and play video games, but I feel like it might fun to start watching some TV shows. If you have a recommendation for me, please put it here! This can also be a thread for recommending shows to other people too.
If you want to recommend a TV show to me, tell me the name, give a short description of it if you wish, and tell me how much you think I will like it on a scale of 1-10 (with 1 being "Leafy will probably hate this" and 10 being omigosh this would be such a perfect fit for her ahh. I like action, stuff that actually has a good plot, romance that isn't too cheesy, and fantasy + fiction + non-creepy sci-fi, and I don't like horror, creepy sci-fi, dirty/inappropriate language or things [if you know what I mean], immature teenagers and fluffy drama, or anything like that), and rate how much you think my mom will like it on a scale of 1-10 (with 1 being probably will veto it the moment she hears the name and 10 being probably will love to let me watch it. My mom is fairly conservative, does not like most romance stuff, doesn't like bad language, etc., but is fairly comfortable with me watching violence and things like that.)
Have fun with this XD
Please avoid recommending anything with violence or other inappropriate themes.

Psych
It's about a guy whose dad was a cop so when he was growing up his dad taught him to be really observant. When he grows up he watches the news and calls in tips he notices to help the police solve crimes, but the police decide that since he knows so much he must be an inside man, so he claims to be a psychic. So the rest of the show is him and his best friend helping the police solve crmes and he's pretending to be a psychic all the while. It's really funny but still a good story.
Rating: 9 I'm not exactly sure if this fits what you like but it's really good and my whole family, some of my friends, and I all love it
Rating for mom: 7.5, some swearing and innapropriate things (not seen or happen, just some weird things said occasionally), the first episode is a bit innapropriate but not to bad, the rest is pretty clean. Both my parents are totally fine with me watching it and they can be pretty conservative sometimes.

Sherlock
Basically it's like a modern day Sherlock Holmes who is extremely intelligent and antisocial. The separate episodes incorporate different parts of the books so there's like one about Baskerville but it's a military base that may or may not have released a genetically engineered dog on a killing spree. I'd give it a seven since it is action packed and violent but it can get a little creepy especially the last episode. Your mom...maybe a six because there is minimal swearing and some inuendoes. Except for one episode's beginning it is pretty clean.
