Okay, I'm going

Okay, I'm going to do another first and make a new thread. I thought it would be cool if everyone could list all the instruments they play and maybe what songs they have been playing/singing in band/chorus. We just finished school but I play the flute and in band we played the theme songs from Star Wars: The Phantom Menace, The Washington Post March, The Great Locomotive Chase, The Forge of Vulcan, and the Mission: Impossible theme song. In chorus we sang United We Stand, This Little Light of Mine, Viva la Vida, Misty Morning, John Henry Boogie, and Stray Cat Strut.

I play flute, but on the side I play piano, and I've been trying to teach myself ukele.

In jazz band, we're playing Chameleon, Light my Fire, Pick Up the Pieces, Norwegian Wood, Afro Blue, Night Train, Pennsylvania 65000, Over the Rainbow, and Rock This Town.

For marching band, our theme was Phantom of the Opera, and we played Masquerade, Phantom of the Opera, and Music of the Night.

Come on people. You're telling me that Sybill and  I are the only band geeks out there. I've seen some people mention choir. Well, anyway, I've been finding some cool music on my own. I'm trying to play Fur Elise by Beethoven which is really hard on a flute,  a song from Orpheus now known as the Can-can, and an almost mastered version of Greensleeves.

Oh, I used to know how to play the cancan on the piano. I don't remember how to do it anymore though.

I play the piano, but I'm not very good, I have absolutely NO discipline in practicing, and all I really play is classical. Kind of annoying (I mean, I like it but I like some variety ya know?)

I haven't started band yet because at my school I'm too young, but I am planning to start next year on the clarinet! I'm in chorus and we just did a small/kinda dumb musical, but whatever. Also for that I was too young to have a part so I just sang in the 4th/5th grade chorus. Uuummm last school year we had to do recorder, so I played a lot of songs on that including Old McDonald, Ode To Joy, When The Saints Go Marching In, and many other songs. Also last school year I was in the talent show (there wasn't any judging happening, so no one was a "winner") and I sang Lord I Need You. Anyways, I've done other singing/instrument playing, but those were the most recent/most important to me!!!
