I think the craze has maybe died down so maybe I don't have to apoligize...? But anyway! These are poetry picturings, so I'm different! Yeah!

So, I am not super-confident about my drawing skills, but I'd like to try out poetry more often, and I've heard of written picturings and haiku picturings, so I'm trying this. Please fill out the form below, and I will provide a short(ish) poem about you. Most of the poems will be free-verse, and please understand that I might not include everything. Without further ado (*=optional):

If she doesn't mind, here is an example picturing I made for Viola?:

 

she sits, hunched over a piece of paper

 

drawing. light catches her hair as it falls in curtain,

 

hiding her delineation. (you can only see the

 

eraser curving around and back, inverse to the lines she must be creating.)

 

but if you were to move closer, you'd see

 

quick strokes of the pencil forming eyes, a nose,

 

a person growing beneath her fingers.

 

but no matter how close you got, you wouldn't see

 

what she's really looking at, the way her eyes are turned inward

 

to where half-baked shards and glowing dust, and drifting, loose fibers

 

shift apart and together again,

 

in her swirling star-nursery of a mind,

 

where ideas are forming, creating and erasing themselves,

 

then waiting to flow out through her fingers. 

 

 

So yeah. I hope they can all be as good as that one-- I'm rather proud of it. I feel like a lot of these might sound similar, about how you're different inside than out, kind of like that one, since I don't know you in real life, so just know that if that happens, it's not on purpose. I hope you enjoy them!

Oh..Wow... You're really good at poetry. 

I'd like one! Name: HoodedMidnight or Hooded for short 

Pronouns:She/her

Appearance:Milky white eyes, no puplis clear glasses. Purple cloak. Curvy figure. dark blonde hair parted to the side and a shave.

Personality : Shy, quiet, and awkward around people I don't know well.But Loud and sarcastic around my close friends *cough* Artimerxx *cough* Elementgirl *cough*.Hard to make express feelings to someone

Any other imagery/ideas I should use:Could you make me struggling to tell a girl my romantic feeling toward her? But I end up just going home  and writing in my journal? You can change it of course!

Pronouns: She/her 

Appearance: I'm tall, about 5'6", with short, wavy electric blue hair that's usually a mess and icy blue eyes. I'm usually wearing an Imagine Dragons t-shirt, cutoffs, and black combat boots. I'm built like Squirrel Girl. 

Personality: I'm reckless, kind of impulsive, witty, and I tend to not follow rules. I try to help people when I can, but usually my "helping" turns kind of chaotic. You know what, I'm kind of like Anakin Skywalker. Or Atton Rand, if there are any Knights of the Old Republic players reading this. (I'm a total Star Wars geek.) I also hate being fussed over. 

Any other imagery/ideas I should use: Uh... you can come up with it.

Now that you mention it, I haven’t seen them in a while. Did they leave?

Since I’m here, no, I don’t mind, Stardust! It’s beautiful and I love it, and I’m glad you’re showing it off.

Appearance (CB or otherwise, be sure to include any imagery you'd like me to include): 5' 8.5", longish blond hair, barefoot, pale, androgynous.

Personality (Include any imagery you want me to include): Thoughtful, stressed, fairly humorous, occasionally vain, very rational.

Any other imagery/ideas I should use (like a problem you struggle with, something you want yourself to be doing, etc.)* My stressdom (or is it stressness?). My music addiction, art, books, and the Internet, as methods of coping and relaxation. My facades and fakeries.

Any poem-related requests (type of poem, etc.)* Nope! I'd love to see what you can do.

Name: Quill

Pronouns: She/her

Appearance: Long dark brown hair in two dutch braids with the ends dyed purple, dark brown eyes, freckles, light skin.

Personality: Creative, curious, can come off shy at first, but I can be quite a chatterbox around people I know are my friends.

Imagery/ideas: I don't know, I'm kind of bad at talking to people, even my friends, if that gives you any ideas.

Name: Rogue Wildling

Pronouns: You decide.

Appearance (CB or otherwise, be sure to include any imagery you'd like me to include): Silver cloak, fave hidden by the shade of my hood. The Outcast Rune on my chest is white, and it consists of a pair of wings with two swords crossed behind the wings.

Personality (Include any imagery you want me to include): Mysteriously intimidating, determined, creative, clever, starry-eyed and critical at the same time. Fun-loving, and by fun it's usually science experiments, people watching, drawing, writing, you could say I'm a bit of a mad scientist in everything, especially writing.

Any other imagery/ideas I should use (like a problem you struggle with, something you want yourself to be doing, etc.): Sometimes I become "trapped" inside my imagination, eyes glazed, silently coming up with who-knows-what. 

Any poem-related requests (type of poem, etc.): None in particular.

Personality (Include any imagery you want me to include): Withdrawn, could care less about what people think about her.

Any other imagery/ideas I should use (like a problem you struggle with, something you want yourself to be doing, etc.): Often zones out, especially when watching fire or waves crashing.
