Natural weapons = Tooth, claw, tail, horn, fang, breath (this applies to dragons, things that breathe dangerous substances), anything you can inflict damage with that is in or on your mythical body.

Deep down in the shadows, a figure glides down countless dark steps. The figure's head lifts and their ever-so-slightly glowing eyes gleam in the darkness. Over head, salactites drip with mineralized water into slowly bubbling pools. The shadowy figure looks ahead and smiles coldly. By now, the stairs have evened out into an uneventful, completely flat area of fridgid stone. An evil-sounding, gutteral growl eminates from the pitch black darkness. The figure's smile broadens.
"Hello, my old form. Welcome back to the visible realm." In the darkness, the growl turns triumpant.
