This is, indeed, the ski lodge connected to the hotel ski lodge I finished not too long ago. I intend to make this one more eloquent then the hotel one, which was painfully short. If you like mysterious, strange ski lodges, then by all means, come.

ANOTHER MYSTERIOUS DEATH CREEPY
(August 23, 2018 - 9:30 am)
Ah, well I have an alibi! So it wasn't me! Or anyone else in the lake.
Now then, what could kill that easily. Some magic must be going on here...
*examines scratch*

Hm. I have theory: maybe there isn’t a murderer, and it's something about the building or something that’s killing people. If it’s not that, then the only person I can think of that could kill people like this is Nymph.
Darkfeather says cubp. Cube?
(August 23, 2018 - 2:59 pm)
Why do I always die in the beginning of a Ski Lodge? And that I was probably reading a character's death around the time I died is ironic.......

*bursts in* it's a bit late... Sorry guys... Uhhgh... So tired... Ski lodge writing... Is stressful...

Annabelle flicked through the board games with a sigh.
"Trivia?" She offered with evident exitement.
"Uh, no thank you," Maki snapped.
"Okay then. Geez." She continued her search.
"Umm game of Life?"
"I mean, it's the best we're gonna get, sooo..." Maki drawled.
"I'm fine with whatever you guys pick," Will added.
"Okay then. Let's get started."
The trio of AEs gathered around a coffee table on bean bags, spinning the wheel and moving their cars along. After about ten minutes, Maki had three children, Annabelle was at night school, and Will was positively rich.
~
"Hey guys, betcha I can jump in the water from that tree branch."
"UHHH NO PLEASE DON'T DO THAaat..."
But MJ left Gracia's sentence hanging in midair as she jumped from her spot in a tree and splashed in the water. She popped up a few seconds later, laughing. Gracia was hanging out by the edge of the lake, her feet dangling in the water. Neko and Ty were racing each other from one end of the lake to the other. Neko won the first round by inches, but then Ty challenged her to a rematch and put on a huge spurt of speed, propelling himself to victory. Gracia and MJ cheered them on.
Not long after, they started getting hungry and trapsied back to the treehouse, where Viola? and Harli we're already waiting. Will, Maki, and Annabelle burst in not long after, much more comfortable with each other then they had been four hours ago. The dining room filled up, Madam Bearu brought out the food, but two of the guests were still missing...
"Hey," Nymph grunted, flicking her tiger tail, "Isn't Annoying Narrater Lady missing?" Icy looked up.
"Oh no, she is... and Secret is missing too."
"I'll go look for them," Fireburst announced placidly. Icy bit her lip.
And of course, a few minutes later, everyone was mourning Thirty and Secret, and tears we're pouring silently out of Icy's eyes.
~
Madam Bearu, who was in her room at the moment, thought a small explotions was taking place outside when Darkking, Winter, Harli, and More were passing by. They were exploring the treehouse, looking for a room with something fun to do.
"Mvrm!" More shouted suddenly, pointing to a sign that indicated to their left.
"You're right, a movie room!" Darkking translated. Together, they turned left. The movie room was just like all the other rooms, just with a TV perched on a coffee table and an abundance of DVDs lining the bookshelves. Darkking got down on his knees and began to scan through the titles.
"Umm let's see... no... meh... definitely not... Oh! Marvel section!"
"YUS!" Winter pumped her fist. "Is Ant Man and The Wasp there? I never got around to seeing it..."
So the four of them spent the afternoon watching Ant Man and The Wasp. When the credits started rolling, More got up to leave. Immediately, there was an uproar. More looked at them quizzically.
"MOR! You don't just leave a Marvel movie when the credits start to play!" Darkking shouted, aghast.
"It's against the laws of the MCU," Winter breathed disbelievingly. More gave them an alarmed look, then sat back down on the couch.
Five minutes later, they burst out of the room, having an intense Marvel discussion.
"Well, we know one thing, don't we?" Harli announced dramatically.
"What?"
"Ant Man'll be in Avengers four!"
They paraded through they hallways, sharing their opinions on the MCU, and Harli and Winter got into a heated debate about the X-Men.
~
Icy never spoke one word for the rest of the day. It was a very somber group that ate chicken and peas that night. They went to sleep that night, not knowing the huge, scandalous mystery hiding under their noses.

AHHH CREEPY
Also I totally love the whole MCU discussion, it sounds so much like every MCU discussion I've had with friends/family XD
And BTW, I did finally get around to watching Ant Man and the Wasp, it was awesome XDXD
(August 27, 2018 - 2:32 pm)
@Winter yeah. It was so fun to write that. XD
Also, sorry about repeating that one bit! @Admins, could you delete that last bit, Madam Bearu, who was in her room, ect. ? Thanks.
OK, done.

1. Is it just me, or is Nymph not being very considerate about the deaths? I could just be imagining it.
2. Wait, this place has a MOVIE ROOM? With DVDs? DO THEY HAVE INFINITY WAR? Sorry I’m a little obsessed. It is out on DVD now...
3. If the people told anyone about the movie room, I’d probably follow them there.
4. I actually once stopped watching at the credits. It is a mistake I will never make again.
5. I need to make a thread for this.
Nice part, by the way!
(August 28, 2018 - 6:45 pm)
I have a theory about Ocean's death: Oxygen deprivation. Smothering would likely leave her a little blue in the face, but otherwise untouched. Also, thank you for Nymph's new love of striped tails.
You're just jealous because you don't have one.
Maaaaaaybe...

Day 3 (the suspense gets real, my dudes)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"I hope Icy feels better today," Gracia blurted out as she and her cabinmates got ready for the day.
Fireburst nodded in agreement. "I hope so too," she said as she ran a comb through her hair. A few minutes later, they were eating doughnuts, English muffins, and fruit medleys.
"Guys, check it out," Harli called. He had a high stack of assorted doughnuts. Carefully and expertly, he placed two more on top.
"THAT... is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen," Byann gushed. Harli beamed with pride.
"Hey Icy, wanna go on that swinging rope together?" Viola? asked, trying to cheer her up. Icy agreed vaguely.
"GUYS. Who wants to throw mini-party in one of the lounges?" Byann offered. Harli and Winter agreed immediately, and Nymph as well, though rather hesitantly, like she knew she was making a big mistake.
"I've just gotta go grab something real quick!" Harli called, dashing off to his cabin.
"I'd better be quick! I'm not gonna wait forever!" Nymph shouted after him, sweeping short, bubblegum pink hair out of her golden eyes. Harli sprinted back to Maple cabin and began looking through his group's luggage.
"Portal cube, portal cube, where is it... Aha!" He muttered, withdrawing it from his suitcase. No sooner had he grabbed it, though, that it tumbled out of his hand and he lay dead on the floor, a last look of triumph still etched in his face.
Two minutes later, Nymph was tapping her foot with impatience. Winter said to give him a minute, but dashed off when Nymph sprouted fangs and claws, her eyes suddenly bloodred. The announcement of Harli's death was not a very good way to start the day.
~
"It's really pretty out here," Viola? commented. Icy nodded. Soon, though, they were taking turns on the rope, laughing and having fun, all sassadn forgetten. They had contests of who could hold on the longest (Icy won), jumped from tree branches, and Icy even hung upside-down for a little, freaking both of them out.
Meanwhile, in the treehouse, Nymph, Byann, and Winter were hanging out in a lounge, blasting Imagine Dragons music from Winter's laptop and munching on popcorn that was sitting in a bowl on the coffee table.
"THIS IS BORING!" Byann announced. Nymph grunted nonchalantly. Just that second, Darkking, MJ, Fireburst, and Everstorm burst through the door.
"Can we crash the party?" Darkking asked.
"If you can make it less boring," Winter offered.
"Nnoo prob lemm," Everstorm squeaked. She slipped out of the room.
"I'll get some supplies so we can make a paper chain. It'll be fun, plus decorative," MJ added. She, too, left.
"I can ask Madam Bearu if she'll make us cookies," Darkking said.
"And I'll get some board games from that one room," Fireburst said. Both of them left. Soon, Everstorm came back with a giant bag of candy, MJ with a stack of paper, some scissors, and tape, Fireburst carried in Scrabble, Monopoly, Apples to apples, and Schutes and Ladders. Trailing behind Darkking was Madam Bearu, holding a plate of warm, gooey chocolate chip cookies.
"NOW it's a party!" Byann shouted. And indeed it was. The room was filled with laughter and half- finished paper chains, cookie crumbs and smashed bits of popcorn coating all the furniture. People requested songs, played games in little groups, Ty joined them at some point, causing Nymph to leave, heartily disliking all the noise and crowd.
~
The rest of the day passed in a rather uninteresting fasion until the evening. After dinner, Neko, Fireburst, and Darkfeather thought it would be nice to take a walk around the forest. Darkfeather thought the sunset would be beautiful, so she asked Fireburst if she could fly above the trees to see it. She got permission, and flew gingerly upwards. She was right; it was beautiful. The dazzling orange ball mixed with the green hue of the sky created a rainbow of gorgeous, unearthly light. Darkfeather froze, totally entranced.
"Beau tifl," she whispered. She simply stayed there, possessed by wonder.
Nothing even changed. She felt a strange sensation swoop through her small body, then Death's cold, greedy hands decended upon her innocent little soul. Her body crashed through the trees, landing with a heartbreaking thud. Fireburst and Neko screamed. With shaking hands, Fireburst picked up her CAPTCHA'S broken body with a quavering sob.
~
But that wasn't all. When Darkfeather came crashing to the forest floor, Gracia decided to explore the treehouse a bit more. She found a dark lounge with a door barricaded carelessly by cardboard boxes. Curious, Gracia shifted the boxes so she could enter the room. It was dark in there, but she didn't see a light switch. She fumbled around a little bit, then found a piece of paper laying forgotten on a desk. She slipped back out to the hallway to read it better. The more she read, the more confused she became:
Dearest Mother,
Well, I have joined you, I suppose. You were right, it is fun. I feel... invisible. But that doesn't stop me from worrying about Dad... oh, the pain he must feel. Whenever I think of Izzy, though, I boil with rage. I must confess: I have a thirst for revenge. I am not proud of it- but it consumed me. I have become something I am not. Please... help me.
Lot of love,
And when Gracia read the signature, something clicked. Her eyes grew wide and she clapped a hand to her mouth... then, before she knew it, she had sunk to the floor, dead.
~
Mwahahahahaha... vague clues. >:) RIP, Gracia and Darkfeather.
