Island Escape
You walk along the beach looking for sea glass from the recent storm. As you stoop to pick up an extra large one, you see something stuck in the sand a few feet away. You walk over and pull up a small bottle. As there appears to be something inside of it, you put it in your bucket and take it up to the house and enter the privacy of your bedroom. Flopping down on your bed, you pop out the small cork, and pull out a piece of slightly damp paper.
“Dear Receiver of this letter.
You have been invited to an eleven day vacation on a small, unknown island in the middle of the ocean. Unfortunately I will not be able to join you for this trip, but everything has been arranged, so there is no need to worry. You and ten other special guests will spend the vacation enjoying the beach, riding zip-lines, exploring hidden caves, having pillow fights in a giant room dedicated to this purpose, reading your favorite books in the library, wandering through the giant bounce-house maze, and living in your favorite books or tv shows in the fandom room. All you need to do is fill out the enclosed form, and returning it to the sea in this bottle.
(just so you know, if the bottle is not returned to the sea with the form within an hour of being opened, it will explode. Very sorry. It is the only problem with this form of communication)”
The Master
You shake the bottle upside down, and are rewarded by a small form, and more sand than should have fit into the bottle. Ignoring the fact that your quilt is now very sandy, you sit down at your desk to fill out the form. You don’t really want to be blown up, and if you go, you might survive.

Name: Aspen (Well obviously XD)
Appearance: Long-ish, slightly wavy, light dirty-blonde hair with a lot of underlying blonde tones and the lower half of it dyed pure silver, a fair complexion, greenish blue eyes, prefers to wear all black so YES EMO XD
Personality: I'm introverted, and enjoy being with people but they wear me out after a while and I don't mind being by myself too much. I'm artistic, creative, and a dreamer. I tend to stumble over my words a little bit sometimes, when I'm with someone I want to look good around (although I may not even realize at the moment that I want to), and tend to be this way more around kids who are older than I am. I'm a huge fantasy nerd and Greek and Norse mythology nerd, and I'm proud of it. If you call me a nerd or a geek I will totally take it as a compliment no matter who you are. I do have a wild, insane, and sarcastic side, and am of the philosophy that everyone in the world has their own kind of inner insanity that's unique to them, no matter how sane and collected they appear to be. Depending on the person or people I'm talking with, I can show my more crazy side, my quiet side, my reasonable side, or a mix of them all, with different amounts of each- it all depends. I am inclined to agonize over past awkward moments where I was really stupid or immature one way or another, but I try to be more secure. WHOA that was insanely long! XD

Personality- Quirky, most of the time is happy, but if someone is being mean to her or her close friends she will get very angry.

Name: Vyolette, said as Vee-o-LET
Appearance: Bright green eyes, coppery, shoulder-length hair that has many layers and also side bangs. Pale-ish skin, though I get really tan in the summer. Wears washed-out capris, lace-up hiking boots, and a purple high-low style top. I also wear stud earrings in the shape of musical notes, and always carry a pair of retractable knitting needles tucked into my back pocket. I'm also probably going to be the tallest person there. XD
Personality: Can be rather bubbly and hyper when I want to be, but for the most part, is very quiet. Doesn't make friends very easily, but when I do, it's for life. Hmm, an ISFJ-T, The Defender. Has trouble making split-decisions, and yet I can be a good leader if there is a need for one.
Fandoms: Keeper of the Lost Cities, Six of Crows, Lunar Chronicles, Harry Potter(ish), Series of Unfortunate Events, and.... does Cricket count as a fandom??

Appearance: Medium hight, long curly brown hair that she puts into a ponytail when it's messy to hide the tangles, overly-matching clothes and accessories.
Personality: She's extroverted and tries really hard to be friendly. Not very charismatic, though, so it can come across as awkward or annoying. She talks and moves a lot, and ups the energy tenfold when the situation is tense.

Appearance: I'm short, I have brown eyes and brown hair that's a little above shoulder length, um...I have thick eyelashes (it's really a curse, for anyone who wants to know. Uggh. I get eyelashes in my eyes ALL THE TIME. It's so ANNOYING. *slams fist down on desk*), I'm usually wearing jeans, leggings with a mid-thigh-length skirt, or sweatpants....I have a favorite sweatshirt that's basically the rattiest thing in the world, but it's purple and it says "Peace/rock/love (Mudd)" on it. Annnnd...oh darn, I have to go. Let's just assume I have a very mysterious, aloof personality...yeah no, I'll finish the sheet tomorrow. Sorry.

Personality: Withdrawn sometimes but really outgoing around friends; pretty skilled at sulking; selfish; probably wouldn't sacrifice someone else to save my life but who knows....freaked out by enclosed spaces and spiders/craneflies/any gross bugs; kind of likes bouncing around...a lot...(my friend S says she rues the day she taught me the cancan) is a poet and is also discouraged about her art/writing skills. Is panicky a lot, especially because she has only a vague idea of what she wants to do with her life.
Fandoms: Ready? Okay. Star Wars, Star Trek, Harry Potter, PJO, Pirates of the Caribbean, Redwall, the Hunger Games, Elder Scrolls games (can video games be a fandom? let's just say sure), not realllly Warriors anymore, even though my name reeks of it, the Books of Bayern series, LotR and The Hobbit, the Ascendance Trilogy (totally a fandom) and much else that's just not immediately coming to mind at the moment. Really any fractured fairytales (Yeah, LoS). Or Greek mythology.
Packing list: My poetry notebook, my iPod and the earbuds I don't have, (nonexisting earbuds: all the rage) my nonexistent boombox too, extra clothes, a bathing suit, a towel, makeup, (expect disasters) a pocketknife, three dozen bobby pins, a sweatshirt, stiletto heels, (those are also nonexistent, and I might sprain my ankles but whatever) GF bread, my camera, and a safe. Completely, totally empty. There's nothing whatsoever in there.
I'm not a light packer...or a witty one, either, although over the years I have packed at least a few interesting items.

Hm, post count is nine and eight have shown up. Last post which hasn't been approved yet was by Leafy, which I guess means mine didn't go through for some reason. Now I'll have to write all this up again, but that's okay because procrastination is fun.
I'm already in too many Ski Lodges, but I like exploding bottles and small, unknown islands in the middle of the ocean so I'm coming anyway!

Appearance: Pale skin with a few freckles clustered around my nose and cheeks, dark hair in a braid so long I can sit on it, honey colored eyes. I wear a voluminous cloak that appears to be made of peacock feathers. Underneath I wear jeans and a t-shirt with one quote or another on it.
Personality: Shy (as the name implies), quiet, thoughtful, optimistic, loyal, overthinks things, determined, daydreams too much, laughs too much at bad jokes, clumsy, short and she knows it, can be VERY fiesty when I want to.

Personality: Bright, creepy, curious, likes helping people. Values product slightly over process. Believes that to define something can be to distance yourself from it, but that definitions are often necessary to explain things. Will go out of her way to make things easier for others. Decides pretty quickly whether she likes something or not, unless it's in hypothetical. Likes making plans, but rarely sticks to them.
