This is Spirit Week for me and today was blackout day at my school. I was wearing: Dark wash skinny jeans, a black t-shirt, these really icky black knee-high fake leather boots that are made out of some synthetic material I can't even pronounce (not mine. They were in our storage room, I think they're my sister's, I was going to wear them for Halloween but they work for today too), a black North Face puffer coat, my black choker necklace, black fingerless gloves (that are shorter than normal at the wrists and don't even quite cover my palms, I butchered them for a Halloween costume 2 years ago) normal concealer + overkill mascara but also black liquid eyeliner, and these dangly earrings that I made last Friday. I can't describe them right now, but I might post a picture of them soon. I really love them.

I really like what I was wearing yesterday, so I'm going to post that. 

I went to a Halloween ballet performance with my friends last night. I wore: A dark green/grey-green dress that's made of this sort of sweatery material--it's knee length and has long sleeves and it's pretty fitted, and it's off-the-shoulder with a sort of cowl-y thing that folds over my shoulders. I was wearing that over a grey camisole and black leggings, and I wore these tan knee-high leather boots with ~ three and a half inch heels (let me repeat that--THREE AND A HALF INCH HEELS AAAAH). Then I was also wearing liquid concealer and bronze, brown and black smokey eye makeup with mascara on both my upper and lower lashes, and black nail polish, and I put my hair up in a twisty bun thing with a claw clip and some loose pieces around my face (I meant to do a fancier hairstyle but I ended up being a bit rushed). Also those earrings that I made that I've mentioned before--I'll post a picture of them now.

I really really loved that outfit! And I actually just got the dress and shoes yesterday--my mom and I went shopping in downtown Portland at some thrift/vintage stores and they were both really good finds. (Also, until maybe a month or less ago, [when I started thinking about trying to shop at vintage stores] I had no idea that Portland had so many vintage stores. But there are like, 6-8 of them. O.O) Also, I've never worn heels for more than a few minutes before, and these boots had pretty high heels--I was kind of surprised that my mom let me get them. But she did, and they're actually pretty comfortable to walk in! I'm really happy with them.

@Leafy Those earrings are awesome! I wish I could get my ears pierced. But my mom won't let me bc she has metal allergies and thinks I might have metal allergies too, even though we have pretty much zero evidence of me having metal allergies. Well, whatever. 

Today, I'm wearing my gray "Kick like a girl" t-shirt, my beloved beat-up pin-covered jean jacket (ADJECTIVES!!!), black workout leggings (I always wear workout leggings, even to formal events, because they have pockets), and short black boots with gold zippers. My hair is in a ponytail and it looks like a mess.

Today I wore a black shirt, blue-black pants, black socks, brown knee boots and my leopard-spot jacket. For some reason I feel very slim and pretty without the jacket and boots. 

Today I'm wearing casual navy blue jeans, a green T-shirt, a considerably shorter pale grey shirt with rips in the sleeves (gaping, growing rips, particularly at the elbows), and what may well be the largest devil's toenail/doubloon seashell I've ever found on a long chain. 

Currently I am wearing mid-rise jeans, a dark blue Patriots shirt (I'm not really a football fan but my friend gave me this shirt and I just needed something to wear so), grey ankle socks, and this really really cool black jacket with zippered pockets and a collar and stuff. The jacket's part of my Halloween costume. I'm wearing no makeup because I'm going to put it on later for my costume, and my hair...well, about the top two thirds of it are tinted sort of reddish and the bottom third or so is bleached. The bleach especially didn't work quite like I wanted it to but...oh well. 

I might describe my Halloween costume at some point but I don't know. There are a lot of components to it.

It's my birthday! Today I'm wearing: loose light-wash jeans, a black shirt fully tucked into them, (I think you all hear about this shirt quite a lot; it's kind of a staple piece in my wardrobe) a wide brown belt, a light grey unbuttoned cardigan with 3/4 sleeves, and some jewelry--choker necklace, the earrings that I made, a ring w/ an inset stone, and makeup: liquid concealer, winged liquid eyeliner, and some bronze and gold eyeshadow as eyeliner as well. Also some white eyeshadow to highlight my eyebrows. And I was wearing white Converse high-tops earlier and a black coat because I walked up to a local coffee shop with a friend to get pastries and a latte.

My outfit is kind of plain today. I'm wearing black leggings, a black tank top, and over the tank top is like a T-shirt sweater. It's like a vanilla bean color because it's cream with grey and black parts. And then I'm just wearing my light blue Nikes.
