Chatterbox: Pudding's Place

NaNoWriMo characters

Hey everyone! I’m going to try (and fail) to do Nanowrimo this year, but I need some help. No matter how hard I try to draw my characters in my weird cartoony way, I can’t seem to get them right! I guess it’s because I don’t have a very strong mental image of them...

Anyways, if you could do me a flavor, pleease help me out by drawing my characters based on their descriptions (which I will provide). 

Here’s the list: 

Mia- 

Mia is half American, half Chinese. She is very quiet and a bookworm. (Aka awkward girl who reads a book at lunch in the corner *coughcoughmecoughcough*) She is very mentally powerful, but doesn’t know it until she accidentally transports Gabby, José, and herself (all students at Yearling’s Point Middle School) to the other realm.

Gabby- 

Gabby is African American. She is on the girls basketball team and is striving for popularity. Although one might be daunted by her goal, she proves a true friend and great defender when the moment arises.

José (ho-zay)- 

José has just moved to the US from El Salvador. He is having a hard time adjusting to America, but will not drop his culture just to fit in. José is an amazing cook, his specialties are tamales and pupusas. If you have the right ingredients he can cook up a feast. 

Wayne-  

Wayne is a thief from the other realm. He will travel with the others, hoping to get some reward by doing so. His loyalty to the group will be tested many times, but in the end he will make the right decision.
