Chatterbox: Pudding's Place
You step into the bookstore and are immediately enveloped in the smell of books. This is a new bookstore, and you don't know where everything is, so you go up to the check-out desk. "What section?" the bored-looking clerk asks. "Halloween mysteries, please." She raises her eyebrows, "Halloween? In July?" "Yup!" "OK! Middle of the fourth aisle on your left." "Thanks!" You walk to the fourth aisle and begin poking around in the small collection of Halloween mysteries. A smallish book with a red cover catches your eye. "The Mansion of Death," you read aloud. You flip it over to read the back, but instead of a summary of the book, there is a letter. Addressed to you.
Dear CBer,
I cordially invite you for an exciting stay at the All Hallows' Eve Manor (aka AHEM). You may bring no more than two companions. Please give helpful information about your self and your companions so I may mentally prepare myself. There will be many attractions including but not limited to The Sweet Suite, the Bat Cave, the Monster Arena, the Candy Factory, The Ghost Wing, the Cabin of Solitude, and the Maze. AHEM also sports a Morgue and various broom closets. And many secret passageways. I look forward to your visit.

"Cool!" you exclaim, and make your way back to the counter to buy the book. Only when you've finished packing do you realize the book is titled "The Mansion of Death".

So! Another Ski lodge. I know there are a bunch out there, but I really wanted to make one. You're probably thinking "what? Halloween in July?" Well here's my answer:
We are free to have Halloween whenever we want it because it's awesome! SO THERE!!!

Helpful-ish information: Um, I like old-fashioned stuff, like polaroid cameras, typewriters and fountain pens. My CB appearence: Dark red hair, deep brown eyes, typically wearing a black turtleneck and ordinary jeans.
Cilantro loves reading and food. She's kind of annoying, and more crazy than sane, although she has a magnificent taste in books. She has plain brown hair and sharp green eyes.
Secret is Cilantro's older sister. She always wearing roller skates, and is more sane than Cilantro, but is always happy to do crazy Æ stuff. She's good at fencing. Secret has light gray hair and piercing blue eyes.

I like reading, writing, poetry, and fangirling, among other things. Possibly insane (not sure). I love to sing (but not in front of people) and drawing (everyone says I'm good at it, but I don't think I am). I really like Hamilton, books like Six of Crows, Doctor Who, and I am playing Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time for the fifth time (yeah, I have no life). I have dark brown hair that goes to my shoulders and hazel eyes, I am tall and rather skinny, but not too much. And that's about as much random information as I can think of/want to share.

Me: I'm the CBer, Lucy B. I love drawing, writing, and reading. My AEs are my best friends, even though we fight constantly. My favorite books are The House of Hades by Rick Riordan, Out of My Mind by Sharon M. Draper, and I Am Princess X by Cherie Priest. I am currently reading Michael Vey: The Prisoner of Cell 25. I also play the keyboard and do year-round swimming and tap dancing.
Storra: She's my first AE, female human. She plays the keytaur. She's 14, a year older than me, and an AU traveler. There is nothing she loves more than to explore secret places and to blast her keytaur with her amp. Also, she's Sketch's sister. (Sketch won't be joining us, but I'm sure she will miss her.)
Scarlet: She's my second AE, female ghost-sheep hybrid. Her dad is Mettaton from Undertale. She's basically his sound crew, and always wears his stuff. So she's always wearing something or other with MTT written on it. She's short-tempered and curious, and would probably kill someone if they made her mad. (She's actually threatened to burn me if I ship her). Everyone knows she has fire powers.

Me: CBer. I like having, being, with and talking to friends. I am a huge book nerd and love nerding out with other people. Singing is a passion, and I'm in musical theatre (singing, acting...not so much dancing :/) and yes, I'm a Hamilfan! And basically any musical! I like writing too. I'm optimistic by nature, but I'm also logical.
My CB appearance: Long brown hair, light skin, dark brown eyes. What I wear...during the summer I'll wear shorts. If it's not summer then I wear jeggings. Simple design blouses or tank tops or t-shirts that express a fandom or thing I love or something I was in. I have a LOT of Hamilton shirts. I also sometimes have owl wings that are white and brown, with some gold specks. Only put it in if you think it fits with your story, but like I said I don't always have them.
Grace: Can act pretty crazily and when she's not crazy she uses her dry and sarcastic sense of humor. Her favorite color is purple. Her hair is dyed purple. She loves candy and LOVES gummy bears. She's obsessed with gummy bears and will do anything for them. Even behave. Well, for a period of time. She also likes to do really random things. She recently went through a stage where she would frequently fly away on large mechanical animals, such as chickens. Actually, I'm not sure she's out of that stage, but we haven't had a mechanical animal in a long time.
Enjoys explosions, sometimes throws things. Enjoys pranks, but she's never really done a lot of it. She can never seem to plan it quite right. She admires AEs who can prank though, and likes to team up with them. She's very annoyed by Hamilton.
Mellie: Bubbly, almost always happy, hyper at times. Squeals and jumps up and down when excited. Very clumsy, so often knocks stuff over and trips into things.
She's part cat, as in having cat ears. She also sometimes turns into an orange tabby cat, but she prefers her human form. She uses cats and kittens in things she says...like "Oh my cats!" and "Cat-tastic" or "meowmazing."She really loves photography, and carries her expensive camera around everywhere. Takes pictures a lot.
She rarely gets upset. Probably what would trigger her would insulting cats or messing with her camera. Her favorite color is orange. Her favorite food is any kind of popsicle. She likes all sorts of cold treats, like ice cream, smoothies, snow cones. She's not obsessed like Grace is with gummy bears though.
Music-wise, she likes listening to it with other people, and singing along, though she's not a singer. She likes pop artists, and also enjoys Hamilton, though she's not actually a theatre kid.
