So, this is a bit of a cross between Rose bud’s contest, KG’s contest, and my own creation.
Let me explain.
~ ~ ~
1. There are three rounds; each round will have a theme and the teams will have to write and illustrate for it.
2. Did I say teams? Yes, I did say teams. You’ll pair up in teams of two, one as a writer and the other as an artist. You’ll have to work together. We’ll need at least five teams.
3. I will explain each round as we get to it, so sit tight.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask me.
So to start it off, Round One.
The theme for Round One is…music. First, the artist will have to draw something having to do with music, whether it’s musical notes or a person playing a piano. Then the writer will have to write a short story about it—less than 800 words, please—and when you’re all finished, I’ll judge. For this round, I’ll eliminate one team when I judge.
The starting date is March 16th, the deadline is April 10. If at any point you feel like you won’t be able to meet the deadline, I can extend it to the 17, but no later than that.

Could I reserve a spot as a writer for round two? Unless this is one of those thingies where once the deadline has passed, you can't join. If I can join, great! I want to be a writer because I'm better at it, and plus, I have absolutely no idea of how to upload a picture.

It looks great, and it's a great candidate for a writing prompt! But is there any way for you to make it more proportional?

Sorry, but joining for round two won't work. You have to do all three rounds or else my judging system won't work. Also, we have more teams than I originally allowed for already. Sorry.
@Contestants: Well, I'm back but it seems like a lot of people need more time for their entries, so I'm moving the deadline to the 17th.

If you're confused, there is a reason. She is so small because that's how she feels on stage, and the spotlights aren't directly on her, because that's what she hates. Does that make sense? If not, just ignore this whole paragrpah.

I just finished Booksy! I'll post it now and you can give me a few pointers. I still have to color it, but that won't be very hard. It's in pencil so any changes you want I can just redraw it then color it. I had to redo it a while ago, so the instruments aren't there anymore. If you want them, just speak and it will be given! Sorry for the wait!
