Favorite Fan Theories
This is, as above stated, a thread for the sharing of Fan Theories. Do you have any favorites? Have you created a few of your own?
Two of my favorites are: 1: Luke Skywalker is a Sith! 2: Gandalf never meant for the company to hike all the way to Mordor.
I'll unpack these a little if and when anyone else shows any interest on the subject.
Hope this is an engaging concept! :)

I don't have any Star Wars or LOTR fan theories, but I do have a Harry Potter one that I love...
DISCLAIMER: I did not come up with this theory, or any of the evidence supporting it. I just really liked it and decided to share it.
So I watched this YouTube video where this guy talked about his theory that Draco Malfoy is a werewolf. The video gave serveral pieces of evidence to support this theory.
1: In the Half Blood Prince, when Harry sees Draco show something to Borgin that scares him at Borgin and Burkes, we all just assume that it's the Dark Mark, but we never actually recieve any clarification. Whhat if it's a werewolf bite...? If it's not a werewolf bite, what else could he have possibly shown Borgin that would intimidate him so much? (besides a Dark Mark) Also, during that scene, Draco mentions that Fenrir is a close family friend.
2: Voldemort employs Fenrir Greyback to bite the children of those who failed him. The threat of any of the characters being bitten is present throughout the series, but aside from Bill, no one is actually bitten. Unless they were, and we just missed it because we assumed the victim would be someone fighting against Voldemort. Bit its entirely possible Fenrir could have bitten Draco. I mean, it's not like his father is the best Death Eater in the world. He's failed Voldemort on multiple occcasions. (This could also be the reason the Malfoys eventually turn on Voldemort at the end- because he won't hesitate to hurt thier son.)
(ADDITIONALLY: When Voldemort finds out that Tonks and Lupin are having a child, Voldemort says to Draco, "Maybe you could babysit the cubs" or something along those lines. What is that even supposed to mean, unless he's reminding Draco that it doesn't matter if he gets bitten because he's already a werewolf himself.)
3: So, you may ask, why wouldn't Draco have revealed in the story that he's a werewolf? Well, the normal reaction in the wizarding community to werewolves is to shun them. Draco has always been very proud of his pureblood heritage, so he would be the last person to admit that hes now some sort of half-breed. Also, him revealing that he's now a werewolf doesn't really change the story at all. He may very well be a werewolf, but that fact doesn't alter the story at all.
Okay, that's all. I apologize for the long post, I just wanted to list all the evidence for this theory. Any thoughts?
Also, Esthelle, I'm interested in your theory that Luke Skywalker is a sith. More details?

There was a YouTube video from the same person proving the theory that Dumbledore has a Horcrux!
