I'll admit my detective stories aren't considered 'classic', but they are the BEST THING ON EARTH nonetheless.
Case Closed, or Detective Conan as it's known in Japan. It's this AMAZING, SUPER-TASTIC, WONDERFUL manga series about a high-school detective. But he gets changed into a child by an Aptotoxin, and it's amazing and lovely and you should read it! I have no idea how Gosho keeps coming up with amazingly complex mysteries every single chapter. I ssooooooo recommend you read it.
