Yes, Manga is allowed. For some reason, the Admins have been shortening bunny's threads. I know they have some reason for this, but Admins, do you mind saying why? If it is something Bunny should fix, I can tell her.
As for manga, BunnyLoves says that was actually written down there before it got taken off. So yes, it is allowed.
There are different Admins who post comments at different times. I'm not aware of shortening the significant content of any comment. I do often delete long strings of repetitive Tops. The meaning is clear from just one of them.

I draw some Kawaii/Chibi type things. Am I allowed to post those here?
I believe so, if you draw them yourself and let us know that, not copy from another person's work. And if the drawing is within our appropriate guidelines. We'll know better after we see the drawing.

Yes, just be sure they don't show the address of another website on them.

So sorry Elliot! ): i did not mean for this to happpen i did not post when i was hoping to post a comment on your amazing artwork i love it! but i have not heard of Kyngdom or the charactor's in it but i would love to learn more about what it is it's pretty and just plain perfect! (: hope you forgive me! (by the way i love your work and i hope you know that your drawings and you posting them on here means alot to me) thanks! and i hope too see more of your artwork on here i LOVE the shading all the dark shades blending together it's great and the character is amazing i love the hair and the eyes and the clothes!. thanks!, (PS. do you think i use to much smiles in my posts tell me if you think so or not i LOVE them they are so Kawaii
