Hello, Whovians<3
This is a thread to post ravings about Doctor Who. Like, don't hold it back. Please:)
It's also for posting (whoever wants to, like meeeeee [boys, just understand that life without the Doctor is no life]) love declarations for the poor poor Doctor with whom every one falls in love with and who just wants a mate (friend). And also for Rose, Jack Harkness, and anyone else of whom you can think of;) You can also post fanart if you want; though please just of your own invention;)
Love, THE DOCTOR IS STILL ALIVE XP
Kate says hekr. Heck, yeah? I agreeeeeee!!!! <3 *goes ever more batty*

OH YES!
I love Doctor Who!
I'm still watching it; I think I'm close to the end of the fifth season right now, 11th Doctor. I started with the ninth and I'm going to go back to the earlier ones once I finish.
I get it on Netflix, because we don't have Amazon Prime. But since they took it off streaming, I have to get them by DVD, and they come so slowly. THE END OF TIME PARTS 1 AND 2 CAME IN SEPARATE DISKS! I HAD TO WAIT LIKE A WEEK!
I may have had a slight crush on the 10th Doctor, but it's more that I admire his acting skills. I will never believe that Captain Jack is the Head of Boe because... um... okay, that's weird. It's very hard to imagine a Jack that is wise and old. Martha marrying Mickey was pretty odd too.
What's your favorite episode? I don't know what mine is, but I can tell you the creepiest for sure: the ones about the Gas Mask Child. I watched "Blink," but I didn't find it as creepy as people say it is. The Gas Mask Child was definitely worse.
I got really upset during the Family of Blood, too, because John Smith was just so pathetic and I felt so sorry for Martha. That one was a biggie for me.
Ooh! And one more question, to end it: What's your favorite constant enemy? By that I mean the Cybermen, Weeping Angels, Daleks, and the Master/Mistress. I really like the Daleks. I'm not sure why. I suppose it's that they're just really epic robotic killing machines and they have some really good plots in them, whereas you can't really tell what's going on with those Cybermen or Weeping Angels. I think the latter are pretty cool too, but a little too creepy and they're more of a "shocker" plot than an emotional one, which I like a lot better. And of course you've gotta love the Master (well, love/hate really), but I suppose I like the Daleks more because they show up a bit more often.
Ick. I'm rambling. Sorry guys!

OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG St.Owl!!!!!!!!! You are a kindred spirit!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry for all those exclamation points, but while I read this I was kind of squealing with happiness. Anyway, I have to admit that I swore I would be an ever-faithful Eccleston fan, I DO HAVE TO SAY I FANCY TEN. Sorry. But it's true. Anyway, I think it is awesome that Jack turns out to be the Face of Boe. I guess that's what happens when you live millions of years. Dunno. (And what was that about Martha marrying Mickey???? I don't think I've reached that part yet! I thought that Martha was going to marry Tom Milligan! But whatever).
And to answer your question, I haven't the foggiest on which BG (Bad Guy with capitals) is my favorite. I'm thinking the Master. Or just Weeping Angels. Or Daleks. The only ones I can seriously exclude are the Sontarans (I know they're not reoccurring, but I just watched The Sontaran Stratigem and ahh, what's it called? I forgot the name of the second one D:) and the Cybermen. I really don't like Cybermen. THEY KILLED JACKIE!!!!!! WAAAAA. Sorry, I'm a Jackie Tyler fan. I'm weird, I know. I also like Francine (yk, Martha's mum), because she does do the right thing in the end. She was just being bullied.
I'm in the beginning of Series Four, Part Two, so just so you know, I haven't met Eleven or Amy or any of 11's companions. I'm still not quite sure what to think of Donna, what do you think? Also, I've been using the exact same strategy: I started with 9 and worked my way up. Now I also want to watch the earlier ones:)
Oh my gosh, I just wrote the better part of a mover here. Sorry.
Love, THE FACE OF BOE IS CAPTAIN JACK!!!
P.S. My dad and I are going to build a TARDIS this summer!!!!! DJRODNDHDIDFKFID!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
*runs around the house screaming herself hoarse*
P.P.S. Kate says bcow. B cow? I should be a cow??? What?!

They show who Martha marries in the End of Time Part 2. But yeah, it's Mickey.
Oh, Eccleston was amazing! I'm loving all three of these Doctors.
To be honest, I'm not a huge fan of Donna. I find her a bit too cliché of a character, and while interesting next to the Doctor, most of the other companions have much better development.

I kinda have to love Donna though after the 'detox' scene in the Unicorn and Wasp. Like, 'Big shock coming up!' sorry, that's my favorite scene.
Doctor: Ahh, that felt good. I must do this more often. The detox, I mean. *is uncomfortable*

Oh, and I missed one question: my favorite episode as of now is The Docor's Daughter. Even though it's heart breaking. But then she IS alive after all!!!!! <3
(May 10, 2016 - 10:46 am)
YES DOCTOR WHO
And okay so I know this is not a popular opinion but I actually liked Matt Smith better than David Tennant or Christopher Eccelston (DONT TAKE THIS THE WRONG WAY I LOVE ALL OF THEM THOUGH). Sorry. By the time I was old enough to watch the show, Eleven was on TV so that's what I watched. The only complaint about Matt Smith that I have is where in the heck are his eyebrows?????????????
I'd have to say my favorite episode is either Amy's choice, or Voyage of the Damned. I really like all the episodes though.
Doctor Who is love, Doctor Who is life.
Peace out.

WHOO Voyage of the Damned! I really liked Astrid, she's so sweet and she's got a lot of girl-power<3 and I'm fine with you Smith more than Tennant and Eccleston. I haven't seen him yet, so I don't know.
Love, SHERLOCKNIA
Kate says waua. Whoa? Whoa Matt Smith? Whoa David Tennant? Whoa Christopher Eccleston?
