Judging
As Mei-xue said in the previous round, judging is first-come-first-serve. There is one judge per category unless one judge requests assistance. Each judge may only judge one category unless permission is granted otherwise. Psrticipants may enter in as many categories as they want. Judges cannot enter their own category.
Each judge, when posting their rules, must include the following details:

Also, can you combine Paper Cutting and Origami? I don't think enough people will enter. Last time, I was the only one who made a snowflake.

They're such different arts, though. I don't feel like it's fair to judge them against each other when the only thing they have in common is paper.
