Art stuff thread starting...NOW! If you draw stuff, you can post it here! I draw in a sort of anime/manga/toon style, but if you don't, don't let that stop you from posting your stuff! I would love to see other people's art so post away! They can be OCs, fan art, or just random stuff. You can use any media, including digital, like I do! Just to let you chatterboxers know, I started this thread so we can share our tricks of the trade with each other. Feel free to: ask questions about how to draw certain things, post techniques, share art, and mostly HAVE FUN! If you draw your OCs, feel free to share information about them such as their names and that sort of thing. Same goes for fan art since not all of us know where these characters are from. You don't have to be polished with your art. I myself am just a beginner at anime/manga/toon. I'm not good at hands so if any of my hands looks particularly cruddy, you know why. I also struggle sometimes with feet so same goes for that. If any of you know how to draw a particularly good hand or foot, feel free to share your trick for it.

That drawing is amazing, Mice! After searching for hours on the app store, dowloading and deleting several apps and wasting over ten bucks, I finally found a good sketch-scanner where you can make digitally. First pic is a very catroonish and derpy draw of my humanized avatar I play in this game, for my profile pic.

Okay, so I do not consider myself a drawing artist. I haven't drawn anything in MONTHS.
But last night I got the idea that I wanted to do a Lunar Chronicles/Hamilton fan art, even though I'd never done anything like it before. So today I spent over an hour working on this. This is officially my first fan art. Let me know what you think about it, please tell me if it's good. I don't know if it's good or not. I mean, I like it, but I don't know if it's actually good. (It's my three favorite Lunar Chronicles characters in the Schuyler Sisters pose.)

Wow...that's AMAZING, Owlgirl! I could never use colored pencils that well! I especially like the positions! And they're so well drawn, too!

I like it! I especially like the one on the far left - she has attitude. :)
Crazy tip I heard from a teacher - when a person's hips are slanted one way, their shoulders are typically slanted the other way (if they're relaxed). So the girl in the middle there looks like she's really stretching upward with her right hand. I don't know if that's what you were going for, but it's an interesting contrast with the other two, who look a little more at ease.
We'd love to see more! :D

Wow, you really must be an artist--you noticed all those details!
I used to do the middle person's pose with my hips and shoulders slanted a different way--then I realized that they were supposed to be to the same side, because she stretches up more than the other two. That is exactly what I was going for, and that's how the Schuyler Sisters pose is anyway. Cinder is the leader of the group, and has HUGE expectations on her. The other two play their role but have less responsibility.
Cress, in the blue, is a genius hacker, and not a physical fighter like Cinder and Scarlet, who is a real toughie, but she can be sassy when she wants to--especially if Wolf is nearby. *shipping music plays*

Amazing, Mei! I'm particularly fond of the silver one and the little blue ones! You just inspired me! Maybe I'll make my own mobile with paper cubes and hang it somewhere in the house.
