Art stuff thread starting...NOW! If you draw stuff, you can post it here! I draw in a sort of anime/manga/toon style, but if you don't, don't let that stop you from posting your stuff! I would love to see other people's art so post away! They can be OCs, fan art, or just random stuff. You can use any media, including digital, like I do! Just to let you chatterboxers know, I started this thread so we can share our tricks of the trade with each other. Feel free to: ask questions about how to draw certain things, post techniques, share art, and mostly HAVE FUN! If you draw your OCs, feel free to share information about them such as their names and that sort of thing. Same goes for fan art since not all of us know where these characters are from. You don't have to be polished with your art. I myself am just a beginner at anime/manga/toon. I'm not good at hands so if any of my hands looks particularly cruddy, you know why. I also struggle sometimes with feet so same goes for that. If any of you know how to draw a particularly good hand or foot, feel free to share your trick for it.

My friend started a DnD group and asked me to join! I already had a character created for an earlier DnD session, so I used her. Her name's Roma A., but everyone calls her Blue. She's a true neutral, bounty hunter, outlander, half elf, and ranger who cares for herself above others. She's quite different than me, so she's rather fun to play. I drew her and my friend The_Teenage_Dragon's character, whose name is Pyro. He's a chaotic neutral fire genasi. If none of that made sense to you, that was me at the beginning of today. XD This first picture is the sketch I made, and the second is a WIP digital rendition. The colors are something I use so that I can clip layers onto them, but they also help me identify what belongs to which character. In this case, Pyro is red and Blue is... well, she's blue.

And here's the digital sketch! This alone has taken me about an hour and a half. My art program has no paint bucket feature, so everything is colored in by hand and then tidied up with an eraser function. It's an extremely long process, but it helps make the finished sketch neater.

I'm back! I haven't posted on this thread in a while, so here's a thing I drew today and yesterday. It's my character from Blue Moon's Urban Fantasy rp. To everyone who's posted art on here since I was last here: you are all so incredibly talented! I check this thread constantly, and I love all of your art! It's amazing!

Hey guys! Shhh here. A while back (like... a year ago now, oops) I asked if I could make a collage with everyone's art. The Admins gave their approval, and so did an incredible amount of CBers! The full collage sadly never happened, but I'd like to ask permission to use your art once more. You see, I recently redecorated my room. My redecoration included a magnetic board, which I've been filling with things that make me happy. All of you guys make me incredibly happy, and I'd love to have that reminder in my room. If you agree to let me use your art, I'd print out a good quality photo of one or more of my favorite pieces of yours and hang it on the board. I'd credit you by writing your name on the front or back of the picture (whichever you prefer) and would tell others that the art was yours, not mine. Everything make sense? You are under no obligation whatsoever to say yes but I hope you do. <3 This also applies to poetry and quotes and such. Thanks!

Of course! You have my consent to use any of my art, poetry, quotes, etc. (though I will say I’d prefer if you used more recent pieces because let’s just say I’ve improved a lot and I find a lot of my older work cringey ;). I would be really honored if you did, but I know I’m not the best artist/poet here, so there’s no pressure. Regardless, I would love to see a picture of the finished wall if you don’t mind!

I would happily give permission to use any of my art/poetry etc. though, I believe I’ve only posted poetry under another name, because im not very proud of it. XD
