ART POSTING
(Subject not going through....Third time's the charm...??)
Art stuff thread starting...NOW! If you draw stuff, you can post it here! I draw in a sort of anime/manga/toon style, but if you don't, don't let that stop you from posting your stuff! I would love to see other people's art so post away! They can be OCs, fan art, or just random stuff. You can use any media, including digital, like I do! Just to let you chatterboxers know, I started this thread so we can share our tricks of the trade with each other. Feel free to: ask questions about how to draw certain things, post techniques, share art, and mostly HAVE FUN! If you draw your OCs, feel free to share information about them such as their names and that sort of thing. Same goes for fan art since not all of us know where these characters are from. You don't have to be polished with your art. I myself am just a beginner at anime/manga/toon. I'm not good at hands so if any of my hands looks particularly cruddy, you know why. I also struggle sometimes with feet so same goes for that. If any of you know how to draw a particularly good hand or foot, feel free to share your trick for it.
Going to post a picture of my OC, Tuxedo, if this post goes through okay.

This monster has been begging to be drawn for far too long, and I've drawn it far too many times.

That! Is! So! COOL! It looks like Mothman, if Mothman were the angel of death! This is such an awesome piece of art. Is it the only monster you've made or are there others?

Thanks! I just Googled a bit about Mothman. Freaky.
I have made a few other monsters in the past, but none that I was quite as satisfied with as this one. This one has real, er, inspiration behind it. Much stronger feels.
As they close their eyes, they hear a creaking noise coming from the corner. They open their eyes, see nothing, and attribute it to their imagination, or perhaps the house settling. Then again, they hear creaking, accompanied by a sound like cracking knuckles. They cautiously sit up, opening their eyes wide, straining to see in the dark room. Their eyes begin to adjust, but still the corner remains shrouded in darkness.
Then. The shadows shift. They watch the glint on silvery ivory flash down the length of some monstrous appendage as it extends its limbs out of the corner.
First a frighteningly long and thin leg reaches out slowly, joints popping as it settles on the floor. Closer. The silvery bladelike arm scratches a slow curve in the floor. As the creature shifts the rest of its body out of the blackness its head comes into a sliver of light shining through the edges of the shades, and they see its eyes. Solid black orbs blink without lids, and the head tilts toward the child on the bed. It steps closer. The child takes in a long, slow breath. Nothing more than their imagination, they tell themself. A stress-induced nightmare.
The floor creaks as the monster shuffles nearer.
It raises its terrible hands, scythes of bone and metal and death. The point of the nightmare's right claw touches their neck.
The child stops breathing. Their heart pounds, as if indifferent to the razor-sharp edge poised beneath their chin. They try to still their own heart.
They tell themself to scream. Their lungs do not obey. Their limbs will not move. They're trapped here. Just as though it were a normal nightmare.
The creature appears to hesitate. Then its claw twitches, and they feel a pinch.
They don't wake up.
They tell themself, again, to scream, to call, to summon the forever safety of their parents. They can't.
And then. And then the monstrous, horrifying, nightmarish, long-legged spindle-armed scythe-handed creature reaches its decision.
They never screamed.
Mein Gott. What did I just write. I mean, I think it's good, but. What.

I’m going to have nightmares about that. Thanks, Coyote. XD No, actually it’s good writing. I love the monster! It’s really cool and almost...cute? In a morbid way...

Ah, I'm so sorry. But thanks! It is sorta cute... The wide eyes, perhaps.

A digitally overdone, earlier one. A tad stumpy and short.

That's cute Soren!
I've been on an AE-drawing streak lately:
(October 13, 2018 - 7:38 pm)
I did a quick sketch of Raven. Pencil on the left, Ink on the right. (Unless it turns out upside down, then it’s the opposite.) it’s really bad lmao.

@Everyone, I’m kinda bored, soooo, does anyone have any picturing requests? It’ll just be head to shoulders...and I’d like to do the kind that don’t have character sheets if that’s ok.
