Art stuff thread starting...NOW! If you draw stuff, you can post it here! I draw in a sort of anime/manga/toon style, but if you don't, don't let that stop you from posting your stuff! I would love to see other people's art so post away! They can be OCs, fan art, or just random stuff. You can use any media, including digital, like I do! Just to let you chatterboxers know, I started this thread so we can share our tricks of the trade with each other. Feel free to: ask questions about how to draw certain things, post techniques, share art, and mostly HAVE FUN! If you draw your OCs, feel free to share information about them such as their names and that sort of thing. Same goes for fan art since not all of us know where these characters are from. You don't have to be polished with your art. I myself am just a beginner at anime/manga/toon. I'm not good at hands so if any of my hands looks particularly cruddy, you know why. I also struggle sometimes with feet so same goes for that. If any of you know how to draw a particularly good hand or foot, feel free to share your trick for it.

So I spent around three days drawing this — it’s fan art for a YouTuber and artist named Jordan Sweeto. The words are lyrics to the song “I’ll Save You.”

I love the way you did the lettering (is it called calligraphy? I don't know these terms)--it's just flawless! The way you positioned her is amazing too; I can only draw people facing front, or occasionally directly in one direction myself, so to see someone pull off that position so well is just, well, amazing.

I made a picturing of The Riddler! It was originally for the "Picturing Free-For-All" thread, but that bottomed a bit, and I don't feel like pulling it back up.

I haven't posted anything on here in a while, so here's something I recently drew. It doesn't have a face, and the head shape isn't great, but I was working more on anatomy and shading. Everyone's art on here is so amazing, keep it up!

Guys! Look what I made! A giraffe! We had to make art that was moveable and wearable for Design class, so we took a field trip to the zoo to take pictures of the animals and videos for references. So, my giraffe can open and close his mouth and the neck sort of bobs around. I'm really proud of the moveable jaw because I designed the mechanism myself. His name is Edmund and he took over two months to complete.

Hey guys, me again. Do you remember a few pages back (somewhere in the 170's, I think) I talked about making a collage? Cleared it with the Admins, got volunteers, yadayada? Well, yesterday I had some free time, so I tracked down some art. I've been keeping a list of the pieces I may want to include (after going through the WHOLE THREAD) and the CBers who said I could use their art. Those CBers are: Abi, Leeli, Bluebird, Sprocket, Cockleburr, Lucy, Evergreen/Pepper Star, September, Tux/Esquire, Quill, Coyotedomino, Viola?, Autumn Moon/Blue Moon, DiamondBright, Kate-the-Great, Chinchilla, and Crookshanks. If you're having second thoughts and you don't want to be included, let me know, but you'll have to do it soon because in a week or so I'm beginning work on the final collage. If you're not on that list but you'd like to be, also let me know, and I'll make it happen! Thing is, I've been through the ENTIRE art thread at least 3 times just today, and I'm rather tired of it. So if you want to be included, you must attach at least one piece you want me to use to your post. Everyone on the list, I have tracked down at least one piece of art for my collage. Deal? Deal. Okay!

I was just messing around with an online photo collage maker today... this is by no means the final project. I want to include a piece by everyone in that. But here is a fun little collage I made today with artwork (from artists who approved me using it earlier). From top left to right there's works by Lucy B, Bluebird, and Cockleburr; middle row left to right is September and Sprocket; and bottom row left to right is Abi, Leeli, and Viola?. I was thinking about a more free-style collage, without all the lines and structure. I would use the figures and subjects of the artwork rather than the picture itself, with all its straight lines. Nevertheless, this was fun to make, even if it wasn't the final project. :)
