Not to be rude, but I feel like this is kind of a T.O.N. thing.

That would be like me making another Mp3 Game or another Spectrum (which I wouldn't do anyway, since the second one crashed and burned pretty quickly). If you don't know what those are, look them up in google:

I feel like the people who created these should be the only ones allowed to make new ones unless they give us exact permission to do that, which I don't think T.O.N. or WritingWarrior or Pete the Trollslayer ever did.

If you don't support this opinion, carry on. That's fine. It just feels a little bit... wrong somehow.

Well, I never really thought about it that way, that I was stealing someone else's idea. I had just heard great things about the ski lodge games and thought I could have a go at making one. 

Admin, What do you think? Should I keep the thread going or kill it? 

 

I think you should keep it going. You already have two joiners. I don't think TON would mind; imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. You'll do the writing and make this ski lodge your own adventure!

Cool, no murders! Let's see if they mean it. I'm coming. So are Chip and Mortifero, who goes by Mortif.

I'm packing:

A coat

Some old skis I found in my garage

A makeshift snowboard

A green spotted snail that glows (for a night-light)

A backback

A pair of walkie talkies

And a radio 

Mortif is packing her Latin dictionary, her heavy bowling ball, and her hairbrush

Chip is packing his running wheel and his treadmill

Guys, I talked to Ruby about this a while ago, and he said that spinoffs were okay, but making a ski lodge was his thing, and he did not want anyone else to make a story with that name. Please respect his wishes. :)

I still think it's fine. When the writing starts, Ski Ghost could call it Return to the Ski Lodge or Ski Hotel or Ski Haus. The leadoff of the thread isn't necessarily the title.

I am not joining this, but i just wanted to say that I agree with Admin.  Tons of these ski lodge like things are popping up everywhere, they're just not called ski lodges.  Every story is different, and making a story in a ski lodge doesn't mean that you're stealing Ruby's idea.  If you were going through the thread and copying how EVERY PERSON DIED, that would be one thing, but this isn't that.  We hav tons and tons of HP RPs, Star Wars RPs, and Warriors RPs, but no one is stealing the ideas for those.  Seriously, we have a Mauraders RP, an After Harry RP, and RPs about when Harry was a Hogwarts.  And everybuggy knows about that time when Warriors threads were practically banned right?  My point is that just because Ski Ghost wants to have a ski lodge, DOES NOT MEAN that (s)he is stealing Ruby's idea.  I don't mean to be rude, sorry if this sounded that way.
