OK, yah, that works. I haven't read the books yet. :)
Ooh!!! Guess what!!!! My cousin is in this spoof of Harry Potter!!!!!! I don't remember what it's called, but she plays the equivalent of Luna Lovegood. (she's Luny something or other)
It's so exciting!!!!!!!
And apparently the guy who's making it made some really famous spoof of The Lord of the Rings!!!!!!!!!

COOL. :)

Oh, she plays Loopy Lunkhead. :) Which is awful, because she is amazing... what a terrible name... anyway, the movie is called Harvey Putter... I think... WOW!!! SHE'S ON IMDB!!!!!!! Of course, there's no pic, or any info, but her name is there, and that is just too cool. :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

Narnia.
I hate Harry Potter and Twilight.

If we're getting into movie/book relationships, who else thought that Mary Poppins is much better as a movie?
(March 17, 2009 - 5:09 pm)
Well, there were several books. I, personally liked the books and the movie. They're completely different, but... ...OH!! Mom's going to get doughnuts!!!!!!! YUM!! sorry... ....I thought they were good as separate stories. (I like the character Mary better in the movies, nicer.)

Me! I could never get into the book...

The Narnia ones are exactly the same as the books, except Lucy has the wrong color of hair.

Harry Potter - I read first the two books and hated them, but I've never seen the movies.
Twilight - The books were pretty good, not my absolute favorite but kind of fun, although the fourth one was sort of boring. The movie is pretty good, except for the EXTREMELY cheesy running and tree climbing.
Inkheart - I've read the first book, but haven't seen the movie.
Lord of the Rings - Out of the movie adaptations of books, this is my favorite!
Narnia - I've read all the books. The first movie was good and followed the book pretty well, but the Pevensies were a little stiff. The second movie was pretty good, too, even though it didn't follow the book and was completely Disneyfied. I sort of liked it better than the first one, though.

One more thing about the Twilight movie: Did anybody else notice that on the one occasion they showed Edward's license plate, it was an Oregon one instead of a Washington one?

I don't usually like to watch movies that were made after their book counterpart. The Harry Potter movies weren't too bad, although I only watched them up through the third one. I was very reluctant to watch the Narnia movies (the books were SO good) but I finally watched Prince Caspian. It was better than I expected, but Caspian had a horrid accent! And Aslan, he seemed like a tame lion from the zoo! And Lucy goes into the forest to find him. Shouldn't he be able to find his way through the forest by himself??!
And SUSAN! There was nothing in the last scene about them saying goodbye to Aslan, for heavens sake, instead they devoted that time to Susan and Caspian, eww, KISSING!! That never happened in the book! They just HAD to add some mush into the story, and just had to weaken Susan's character even more! *looks disgusted*
Well, at least Lucy was cute.
Urgh.

Harry Potter. I'm not allowed to watch or read Twilight. Besides, I'm upset at them right now because it's taking some of the limelight away from Harry Potter! I haven't watched or read those Inkheart books either. Lord of the Rings was alright. The third one, in my opinion stunk. Narnia is pretty good. I haven't seen all of Prince Caspian yet though.
P.S. Did you notice that if you split the word "allowed" in the right way, it'll say "all owed"? *RANDOM*
