I looked up the "Little black thingies" and they apparently are:
The black pom-poms critters are dust- or soot-sprites. Grandmother tells the girls that they are "Susuwatari" ("Traveling Soot"). They are what settle in unused places. (You can see another incarnation of the dust-sprites in Spirited Away.)

I've watched Ponyo. I do want to watch Spirited Away, Kiki's Delivery Service, The Secert World Of Arrietty, and From Up On Poppy Hill. Oh, and Howl's Moving Castle. Isn't Grave of the Firefiles one? That one's sad. I read about it online late at night when I was in Wisconsin and started crying. I couldn't fall asleep and I needed my mom. I'm emotional.

Of course I've seen these movies! These are definitely classics! My favorite from the list is totally Totoro, Kiki and Arietty! Speaking of Totoro, In my robotics class I 3d printed him! I know a few people are thinking "goly this girl is a tom boy" but even though I'm into stuff classified as "boy" I am a girly girl. For instance fashion is a big part of my life...sorta sad thinking about it. I absolutelt LOVE nutella! Does anyone play the violin or do ariel trapeze dance?
