PARAMORE...
Who else is obsessed?!?!?!? I know they're nothing new, but...for some reason I just discovered them. I guess because of Still Into You being played on the radio. And, well...now I'm absolutely obsessed.

I loveee Paramore! Not my favorite though, but they're up there! I like Decode, Brick by Boring Brick (the music video is DARK), Ignorance, Decode, That's what you get, Still into you, and the only exception.

That music video will give me nightmares.

My friend Maddy saw the Brick by Boring Brick music video with me, and she thought of an interpretation of it that was kind of smart. She thought that the little girl was supposed to be a young Hayley, and when Hayley was singing about "her" she was talking about her young self, and the "castle" is supposed to be like her fears. So when the girl goes into the castle, she's overwhelmed by her fears, and when she falls into the grave (I think it's a grave?) it's Hayley burying her fears and growing up past the little girl still inside of her. Does that make sense? It's not quite as shocking (maybe that's not the right word, but you know what I mean) if you think of Hayley as singing about herself.

@Maggie, I'm honestly surprised they put that song with the music video on a singing game by Disney for little kids, or ten and up or something. Many nightmares it maybe brought to the children who played it.
@Coral~, yeah, I get it and it does make sense. To me at least.

This is annoying. I was hoping there would be more people willing to fangirl (or fanguy?)...since my real-life friends are all tired of hearing me rant...

I'm listeining to When It Rains on repeat. It's the only song that's ever come close to making me cry.
(January 14, 2014 - 9:10 pm)
"Oh oh...how could you do it, oh oh...I never saw it coming, oh oh...I need an ending, so why can't you stay just long enough to explain?" :'( That part makes me want to cry too. Especially because it's particularly pertinent to a certain part of my life right now.

Oh no. Coral, I'm not sure you know what you've unleashed...
I. Love. PARAMORE.
I almost have all their albums on my device (I just need All We Know is Falling) and a handful of their singles (love Hello Cold World and Monster!). I can't pick a favorite song. Love too many of them...In fact, I was just listening to stuff off of Brand New Eyes! I really wish Let the Flames Begin had gotten on the Catching Fire soundtrack.

Yup. I have Riot!, Brand New Eyes and Paramore. I actually don't have any of the non-album singles, but I like them. I can't pick an all-time favorite honestly, although I like saying that my favorite is (One of those) Crazy girls. xD Although I can MAYBE kind of order the songs by album. Don't read it if it's tedious. For Riot! I'd order it like this:
1. We Are Broken
2. Fences
3. Misery Business
4. Crushcrushcrush
5. That's What You Get
6. When it Rains
7. Let the Flames Begin
8. For a Pessimist, I'm pretty Optimistic
9. Born For This
10. Miracle
11. Hallelujah (the only song I'm kind of "eh" about. To me it sounds like Hayley is singing "Hayleylujah.")
I can't do Brand New Eyes. They're all different and all perfect. They're all five stars for me so any kind of ordering would be arbitrary :P
Paramore:
1. (One of Those) Crazy Girls
2. Proof
3. Hate To See Your Heart Break
4. Still Into You
5. Grow Up
6. Ain't it Fun
7. Be Alone
8. Fast in my Car
9. Interlude: Moving On
10. Now
11. Part II
12. Anklebiters
13. Last Hope
14. Daydreaming
15. Interlude: I'm not Angry Anymore
16. Interlude: Holiday
17. Future
