Pudding's Place has been quite dreary lately, since there are no new posts. I want to try and revive it with a Movie Game I made up.
This game is kind of like the Book Quote Game (see post at Blab about Books) but it is about movies, of course! Here's how it's going to work:
I'll pick one of the following choices: place, character, quote. I post a place, character, or quote (not one of each) from a movie. Don't reveal the movie's name! Then, you'll try to guess. The person who gets it right first will go, and then we'll keep going. If you think place, character, or quote is from a movie that probably nobody might guess, you can provide clues if you want.

I saw this film three months ago. It's a wonder I even remembered the quote at all. And it doesn't have to be letter perfect; it was guessed quickly enough.

Ghost House with Eddie Murphy? That may be the wrong title but basically, Eddie Murphy moves with his family to a haunted manor.

I think you're talking about The Haunted Mansion, the Eddie Murphy movie based on the Disney ride. It's one of my favorite movies, but after looking around online, I have come to realize that fans of the ride absolutely hate it. They think it botches up the mythology behind the ride.
Sorry for that. I look for every opportunity to talk about the Haunted Mansion.
