Has anyone else seen Elf ? If you haven't, perfect time to, it being almost Christmas! It's a classic!
I saw it a few weeks ago, and was charmed by its pleasing visuals and music, delighting characters, hilarity, and the great feeling of joy that was to come out of watching it. I'm at the Barnes and Noble, surrounded by Nooks, and the movie is playing on the giant Nook screen in the store display. Has anyone else seen it? I haven't seen the Broadway show however, but if anyone's seen it you're welcome to discuss it too, of course.

Yes! I love that movie! My family watches it every Christmas. My favorite part is when he jumps on the tree trying to put the star on!

Yes, I have definitely watched it! Actually, I think I first saw it a couple of years ago. Three, maybe? Anyway, I have not heard that it was on Broadway! That'll add to my list of Broadway shows to watch next time I'm in New York!
My rating(movie): Five stars! This was an excellent movie! Although I haven't seen the broadway Elf, I'm giving that five stars, too, because Broadway is awesome.
I'm pretty sure my family has watched Elf a million times during the holiday season! I totally recommend this movie!

The Broadway show came out in 2010. Now it's on a national tour, and that tour right now is stopped in... my home, Philadelphia! It's showing at the Walnut Street Theater right now, though I haven't seen it, as I said. Admin, have you seen the movie or Broadway show?
Nope, neither one. The last shows I've seen are Mary Poppins and The Lion King.

I have not seen the movie. I saw the musical (Brodway show?) last year, and it was excellent!

I love this movie! I have so many favorite parts. For example, I like it when Buddy is in NYC and is messing around, when Buddy says the store Santa is a fake. I also like it when Jovie saves Christmas by starting carols with the people at the park (towards the end). You can also search "Elf's Funniest Moments" on YouTube and there are some funny videos up there. :)

We watched it in French with English subtitles in French class on the last day before break. It was strange. We also didn't get to see all of it, because of forty five minutes not being the length of a movie.

It's my favorite Christmas movie! I watch it every year. It's so funny! It is very quotable too. That's where most of my non-Disney quotes come from. The soundtrack is also my favorite Christmas album.
