Upcoming releases in
Upcoming releases in Fall/Winter to break up the dread of end-of-summer that looms like a specter before my eyes:
August 7 (Okay, I know this is tomorrow, but anyway: Percy Jackson--The Sea of Monsters. Even though these movies aren't as true to the books as they could be, they're fun anyway.
August 30: The One Direction 3D movie. As I am a faithful Directioner, I cannot wait for this to be out.
October 8: The Heroes of Olympus, Book 4--The House of Hades. Even though I'm not as fond of HoO as I was of PJO (feeling like it's a bit like cold soup warmed over) I like to read anything by RR. Can't wait for his Norse series to be out (although if it's anything like that Loki's Wolves I ranted about, I don't know...)
November 8: Thor--The Dark World. Finally. I have no idea why it takes three years to bring out these sequels, since it took three years to release the Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit, but I don't mind, since I only had to wait about five months. Now, however, I need to wait two years for Avengers: Age of Ultron. Darn.
December 20: The Hobbit--The Desolation of Smaug. As this bit is my favorite part of the book, I look forward to this chapter with perhaps more relish then I looked forward to Unexpected Journey.
Also, the 3rd One Direction album is coming out soon (date presently unknown) which I am very excited about, since I have listened to their first two albums so many times, I want something new.
What are y'all looking forward to this fall/winter?
(Note: This is the third attempt to write this, without various people peering over my shoulder. If there needs to be a fourth version, I shall move to the mountains and become a hermit.)

I'm SO looking forward to Grace Unplugged, out on October 8.
And Alone but Not Alone is supposed to come out sometime soon, though I don't know when exactly.

ONE DAY UNTIL AGENTS OF SHIELD! I REPEAT ONE DAY UNTIL AGENTS OF SHIELD! THIS IS NOT A DRILL. EVERYONE GET TO YOUR WATCHING STATIONS.
Also, the Jeopardy test is Thursday for the Teen Tournament.
Are you trying out for Jeopardy, Melody? It would be awesome if a Chatterboxer made it onto the TV show.

I am! I made it to the audition one year, but I didn't get to go because my dad didn't check his email soon enough. I'll give you guys a shout-out if I make it.

@ Melody: Oh my gosh, that is SO cool! I hope you get it! You certainly seem far clever enough to be on there (me for instance, could NEVER do it because I can't imagine trying to get myself up on tv based on brains alone!) But you're in my prayers, and I hope you get it!

I just figured out there's going to be a thrid Chrociles of The Red King!! It's called Leopard's Gold and is coming out on either October First or October Twenty-fifth. AHHHHHHHH, more Timokin!!!!!
And now I am really, really, really looking forward to Comic Con! Catherynne Valente is going to be there, and I am buying her books and gettting them signed!!!! I'll havea signed copy of The Girl Who Circumnavigated Fairyland in a Ship of Her Own Making and the second book and the third one!!!! My odler sister will bring them there, since I'm not going, sadly. I want to buy Fablehaven, since that author's going to be there too, but it's too much money.
