Webcomics!

What are your favorite webcomics (or normal comics)? I know we can't do links here, but tell us the title and we can look them up.

I am currently obsessed with Wiglaf and Mordred by Liliy. It is... the hilarious. It's basically a semi-stereotypical story of two guys who seem like they should be from medieval times but are randomly kicking around in the US. The shipwars are... interesting, to say the least, and Wiglaf's random Swedish comments a) make sense, b) pertain to the story somehow, and c) are generally pretty funny.

Tell us some of your favorites?

Favorite regular comics: Calvin and Hobbes, Tintin, Peanuts, King Aroo, Pogo, Garfield and Millard Fillmore.  I haven't read any Webcomics, but Wiglaf and Mordred sounds cool.

I'd have to go with Girl Genius by the Foglios.

It's set in Europe, in a (shall we say) interesting AU where such a thing as the "spark" exists: Basically, the ability to go super crazy for hours at a time and build a whole lot of death machines. Wars between le House Wulfenbach (the current ruling family), the Storm King and their Knights of Jove, and le Heterodyne. THE BEST.

I currently have xkcd, Girl Genius, Romantically Apocalyptic, Dovecote Crest, Sandra and Woo, Unsounded, and Edmund Finney's Quest to Find the Meaning of Life bookmarked.

As for regular comics: Calvin and Hobbes, Johnny the Homicidal Maniac, and Far Side, mostly. Also I have several collections of Charles Addams' work back in Wyoming.

I like Peanuts and stuff like that.

@TNÖ

You read Johnny the Homicidal Maniac?  I have some friends who do, too.  Do you read Squee?

A group of my friends were obsessed with Squee last year.  Comics aren't really my thing.  I always go through them so fast because I'm too impatient to look at the pictures in depth.

Ooh, love Gunnerkrigg.

Are you up-to-date? Because I'm banging my head against the wall trying to come up with new Jones theories.

Also! Tamuran. A bit more... adultish, but only for a bit of language and occasional violence. I would suggest it to people who like Surly Elks. And Plots To Overthrow A Kingdom. And People Like Varony :)

So two people have mentioned Girl Genius. What's it about? Some people I know won't shut up about it ever, so I've got the general idea, but what do you think about it?

I'm not up to date at all... high school has depleted my brain.

I don't read any webcomics--I just post comics online. :)

My favorite normal comics is..... Cul-de-sac by Richard Thompson. I also for some reason like Peanuts and I obviosly like Calvin and Hobbes.

You post comics? That's really cool. Is it like a thing where you update a page for a story every few days, or what?

Something like that. I'm the only kid in Sixth Grade with a blog, though that's not the way we like to think about it. It's for a newspaper we have... or did have. I'm the editor, web manager, distrbutor and part contributer.I put lots of comics on the website that I draw in my freetime.
