And, I love the suggestion about the spaghetti straps! So far I've been cutting holes in the backs of all my t-shirts to make room for my wings. Also, starting today I won't be able to post until friday afternoon. Just giving you a heads-up.

Hey all does anyone live in hurrican Andrew's path? If so, I am so sorry ans hope that you guys all get out safely. :(
350 lives have already been lost, and I think there is going to be about 300 more. );

I'm toward the end of Andrew's path. I'm getting pummeled by rain right now, but I should be fine. Everyone I know is okay at the moment, but my charrie's dead ):

Oh, shadow, welcome back! I wish I could help you, but I don't know where you are and I don't think we're allowed to tell... I am also extremely disconnected from current events. I get all my information from my (35-person) school, my brothers and YouTube. So I may unknowingly be in the hurricane's path. Where is it supposed to go?

Anyway, the storm is going to hit Florida full on (RIP Disney world) it's going to go up the side, ram into north carolina/ south carolina/ Georgia, then double back along the same path. I've been watching the news all night, there have been only 5 deaths in Flordia so far (thank Celesti) and the weather reporters have all evacuated.
Again guys if you are in the hurricane's path EVACUATE it's for your own saftey. I mean well. We CANNOT have another Hurrican Katrina disaster.
Also I'm so sorry if you are in the path. ;( I hope well of all your friends and family.

Thanks for your concern. And don't worry about my charrie. I've been writing her death since I created her, but I wasn't sure it would become reality until Mina started hunting shadow. I think it's the best death I've actually ever written, so I'm happy with it. I will no longer be writing under the name shadow. I am going to start writing about a new character relatively soon, so look out for new people on Kyngdom! It would be fun if you guys tried to guess which new arrival I am!

Well, it's good that you're happy with your charrie's death... I have no idea who your new one could be, mainly because they're probably not posted yet. I check Kyngdom at least once a day though (I might be obsessed, I don't know), so I might be quick to figure it out.

I actually don't think of Hurricane Katrina as that much of a major disaster, even though I know I should. All my town got of it was a small rainstorm, not even any thunder. And I never found anything out about the really hard-hit places. So this time maybe I'll donate to rescue efforts or something? I've been saving my allowance for years just because I don't have anything to spend it on, so that shouldn't be a problem.

Is there any rp that I could join? Everyone seems so far into the story that it looks really hard to insert a new character. I created my charrie sheet last weekend on the who's here thread with the last name of Inkquil, which is now been changed. It may or may not change again.

Hello again! There are plenty of RPs that you could join. It shouldn't be hard to insert your charrie. Just have them be part of someone's army and start posting as them.
If you don't want to be part of an army but you do want to join the action, have your charrie come to Aslahari, where Catastrophe and Octavia are battling the Royal Guard and allies of the FAFA. There, your character can do pretty much whatever they want.
If you don't want to go to Aslahari and fight, there are other places to do things. I would have to know what you want to do to help you any more, though.
If you're new here, it's probably best to read the Story So Far threads and Organization thread, or just everything you can find. Otherwise the story won't make a lot of sense.

@Claaws, I actually had to evacuate! I live in Northwest Georgia, right on the border of South Carolina, so we ended up evacuating to Atlanta. I'm actually still there right now...

Sorry you had to evacuate. I don't really understand this natural disaster stuff because I don't have to worry about anything. Where I live there's no danger of earthquakes or wildfires or tidal waves or blizzards, or even lightning because of the woods out back of my house. I actually love thunderstorms. They're exciting, and I'm never scared at all. The thunder sounds like a deep melodious rumble, and the lightning flashes across the sky in lacy seams of light...
So sorry, I hope I'm not being insensitive. I've never had to evacuate or anything. Is it scary?
