It's kinda funny, Saoirse and Granite are based off of a drawing I did for my portfolio. It's of this gargoyle holding up an umbrella for a little girl in pigtails and yellow rainboots and coat so she can stomp in the puddles. I was running through the various OCs I've drawn up to figure out what Saoirse could look like. I was leaning towards a blue haird steampunk character with a breathing mask and high pressured water guns and then I was like, "but what if gargoyle and child were characters and Saoirse was her but older and was an alchemist?" and then I was like,"OWOOOW THATS A GREAT IDEA!!!!!"

That's one of the coolest and most adorable ideas I've ever heard. And your art is lovely! I love the way you did Granite.
And yes, hello everyone, I'm back (ish...we'll see how long it lasts, hehe...), returnng with the rest of the Kyngdomers who were sucked away by school and holidays and busyness. To be honest I probably won't be able to be super active, but I'll be lurking, and I might try to join an RP if I have time (though I always find it hard to jump into an RP that's already begun, so sadly that's more unlikely).

Heyyy! *tackle hugs back* Actually, I've been reading through the RP on the 'Tale: Two Kingdoms...' thread because it seemed really cool, and I just finished reading the most recent posts and now I suddenly really want to join because it looks really fun. XD Would anyone mind terribly if I make a charrie (or use one of my existing charries, or possibly both) and hop in? (If anyone has suggestions of how/when would be good to do that plotwise, let me know. Also, is there a specific place the plot if going, or are you just kinda playing it by ear?)

Today I felt inspiration to draw General Grimm!! It started out as just a sketch, but then I decided to turn it into a digital drawing. I tried out shading and I'm super pleased with the result!! I had a lot of fun designing what Catastrophe's generals might wear, and I spent a lot of time desigining that Song of War bird pin.

Wow! It's great! And you beat me too it, I was about to ask for the physical discription of all the characters that have so far appeared so I could do a group photo of sorts, maybe like a cover for the Tale of Two Kyngdoms (okay that title gives me soo much anxiety after having to read a Tale of Two Cities because that book was a nighmare wrapped in boring)

Thanks, Raven!! Ooh, that's a really cool idea! Here are my characters' descriptions:
-Cendaren: Tall, sturdy, strong build. One eye is a dark blue-green while the other is green. He's tan and well-muscled with a hardened look in his eyes. He's often seen wearing his uniform.
He has elf ears and his well-kept hair is black at the roots and red at the top. He is quiet and thoughtful. His eyes are often narrowed at whatever he's looking at.
-Kimi: She's a raccoon anthro just a little over five feet tall. She doesn't have any hair (other than her fur) and has brown eyes. She wears a few earrings in one ear, tends to wear capris, and carries around a few leather pouches.
As for Deeja, I don't know much other than that she has a brown tail!

Ah, yes. In the (extremely) early morning, some people come up with good things, like creative rp ideas. Not me. I decided to randomly create a sketchy doodle-ish concept for a kinda mock/satire drawing. I'm also taking a picture of it via my awful tablet camera, so... Have fun. Oh, and if that weren't enough, I also took the picture at a weird angle. This might come out upside down.
It's three am and I'm going crazy. Send sleep please, I need it.
