I am doing Kyngdom picturings! If anyone would like me to draw their charrie, just ask. I can do it in two mediums, colored pencil and marker, and I will need a description.

Could you draw Lycaella, and maybe Nygrune if it's not too much trouble? I would like colored pencil.
Lycaella is a tall human girl with a slight tan from traveling, brown eyes and wavy brown hair falling to her waist, which she often keeps done up in a braid or a ponytail. She usually wears a T-shirt or tank top and jeans, good tall boots and at least one piece of her traveling armor, and is almost never seen without some sort of bag. She is a traveler, but when she's not actively going somewhere she often wanders around writing or sketching things. She's a member of the Resistance. She's pretty quiet and introverted, but doesn't have a problem speaking out when she needs to. Both of her parents are or were at some point part of B.I.G., and she's not especially reverent as a result.
Nygrune is a human boy barely taller than Lycaella, and about the same age (14). He's African-American or whatever the equivalent is in Kyngdom, with black or near-black eyes and bleached dreadlocks. He usually wears steampunk-ish clothes; tall boots with lots of buckles, aviator goggles, trousers, often a vest or jacket, and always something blue. Like, vivid blue. Sky, cerulean, sapphire... vivid. He could probably be persuaded to wear a cape. He's a Resistance member and practices magic, and also teaches Lycaella magic. He likes books and being dramatic and is good at talking to people and gathering information.

Sure! I'll start with Lycaella.

Thanks!

You're quite welcome! I've finished the drawing, but I still have to ink it and touch up a bit. It will probably be up by tonight or tomorrow. :]

And here's Lycaella! I wasn't sure exactly how her traveler's armor would look, so I experimented with some different pieces. I also gave her a knife. The sketch on the bottom right is pretty sloppy, but if you can't tell its her sleeping in a meadow. Feel free to offer some critique!

Oh, wow! Thank you! The anatomy and fabric might want a little practice, but I love the design, especially her armor. And yes, you got her tan right. It's lovely! Thank you!

Thank you, and you're very welcome! I'll keep that in mind. ^^

Does anyone have tips on how to draw wings?
(July 14, 2017 - 9:14 am)
I'm still just learning, so I'm probably not the one to ask...I could use some tips too. XD

Hmm... All I have would be better explained accompanied by images... Maybe I'll draw them. Yeah, that could work. For now, here's the angel anatomy I did. It has the skeletal structures of both an angel and a bird, so you can see the framework bird/angel wings are built on.

The only exception to this rule that I'm aware of is the gliding reptile Sharovipteryx. And possibly bugs.
