Welcome, Chatterboxers, to the new Kyngdom board! You'll notice a few things have changed. We hope these changes will make it easier for both longtime and new users to participate in the story.
First, we've asked Dr. Sheepshank from Cypher Labs to comb through all the threads and put together a summary and history of the Kyngdom story so far. You’ll see that in the "Story So Far." He'll continue adding to it as the story grows.
Second, we've reduced the number of active threads. The only active threads will be the ones you see on the main page. These threads (many of which are inspired by your ideas!) will help us keep the story organized.
Third, to keep the story manageable, you will no longer be able to start your own new threads on the main page. A smaller number of threads will be easier for everyone to digest, and it will be more obvious where the action is happening, and what the action is. You can still create role-play (RP) threads on the Kyngdom RP Board.
Don’t worry! Your old threads are not gone. You can still read them in the Kyngdom Archive, but you will no longer be able to comment on them.
We hope you like the changes. If you have any suggestions for new threads, new groups you want to form, or general questions for us, feel free to comment below.
We've had an exciting few months building and growing Kyngdom. We love all the ideas you are bringing to this adventure. Have fun, and happy writing!

well, on the whos here thread where you introduce your characture and stuff. If you really need to explian alot and others can praticipate, you can make an RP on the RP section.

Hello, hello, hello, Kyngdomers! (And Admins, too.)
I have a special announcement to make.
I am proud to present a new endeavour in my quest to make Kyngdom even cooler.
A web series version of these wonderful RPs and stories, titled Kyngdom, will be available to the public.
The first episode should be in about three weeks, with new episodes about every two weeks.
I will make a thread once the first episode is out for disscussing the series.

my best gess for the funest way to start, is going on the group threads and choosing a group to join, then start playing, and righting wenever! and wen they say big group thread, they MEAN B.I.G group thread! kay? Kay ;3
I sigust, the F.A.F.A If you like working in numbers, the animals or the army of rebles if you like working mostly on your own, or with a smaler group, and B.I.G. if you want to work for them, evenIf you are a fox... we do knead spyes...

And most of the time the RP goes to the back of the RP board, so just type in the surch bar, www.cricket/ text your looking for and it should pop right up!

The admins will post how to find your thread bellow! Also, just look at the earlyer posts, there is alot of them, asking the same question. Just look below their questions and the answer should be in cursive.
Sometimes threads get pushed to the end or the middle from a server glitch. You might try searching for it this way:
site:cricketmagkids.com THREAD TITLE
Replace "Thread Title" with the title of your thread and don't forget to leave a space beween cricketmagkids.com and your search. You can put it right into your browser bar or google. ~Admin
Okay admins now i have a question. This is about Cicada, but if you cant answer it im okay.
SO im old enough now to participate, but i couldn't find out how to do it. So is it just posting things? And i saw that you cant really comment to other peoples posts, and what is a slam? So many questions! Im asking here because i could find a place on Cicada. And when posting stuff can i use the same CBer name, Claaws, or do i have to come up with a different one?
The Slam is an online forum where users post their poetry and writing for people to comment on. Sometimes people make discussion threads or quizzes too. On The Slam you need to make an account and log in to make comments and post. You have to be 14 or older to post there. You can use the same username if you like. ~Admin

Id say enything and everything, as long as its kindom related. most times, I wold sigjust r.ps, Roll plays, and if you want a group thread, you can ask for one hear probly.. I hope. Ive never done it but I think thast how it hapens. Admins? alitle help?

First, yes you can make a RP but it hast to be Kyndom related, or else there is an argument, a bunch of angry words.... Okay you get the idea.
No you cant make an RP on the first page. If you click the last clickable thing on the page that says RPs, it will bring you to all the RPs. Then click make your own RP at the top thats clickable, and you can make anything, BUT IT MUST BE KYNDOM RELATED!

Oh admins, yet another question about Cicada. Can I make a story, like a fiction story with animals, or does it have to be um, whatever to two types of fiction are? And thats my other question. What does the two types of fiction mean? Im sorry, my school doesnt do a whole lot of writing or anything related to writing. The last and first time I've taken a class like that was 6th grade and it was an elective. But hopefully I will learn more in high school! So just for now, can you tell me what the two different types of fiction in Cicada are?
And last question, can we post anything? Ex: a quiz, a story about dragons, a role play?
Yes you can write a fiction story about animals. But there is a word limit on fiction. You can post all of that, but right now there aren't many roleplays on The Slam. Here are the rules: http://www.cicadamag.com/theslam/rules
