Kyngdom Survival Guide

The group of

Chatterbox: KYNGDOM™ RP Board

The group of

The group of misfits, rebels and mislead oddballs had been camping out in the clearing long before now. They have a small dug-out patch of ground in the center for the fire and a fairly well-constructed, large canopy hanging above their heads that is composed of pieces of grass, twigs, string, and tree bark with enough wholes for the moke from the fire to escape. They shelter there, arguing and slashing at the nature around them, some of them stargazing and some pondering the great beyond. They were like a small, poorly functioning, wild family with a rather unhealthy mindset.

Their names are Aurora Dayle (who prefers to go by Rori, if you would like to keep your head soundly on your shoulders), Taurus Unstellei, Sorrel Flourola, Astrid, and West.

~The air stiffened, and we could feel a shift.~

None of them know what it means to be loved or give back to the world.

~The bushes rustled and shuddered.~

So perhaps you could teach them.

~And then a new hope for us emerged.~

~Anyone can join this RP. The charrie sheets for these guys are on the last and second-to-last pages of Who's here. Your charrie(s) are/is the one(s) coming from the bushes, and you can do whatever you would like (you don't have to follow the "new hope" thing if you don't want to).

Aneko~

I smile at the woman, even though she seeths with hurt pride. "I like you. You're smart." I can't decipher the looks on everyone's faces. "Anyway, I'm Aneko, a wanderer just like you. I don't exactly know where I'm going, or what I'm going to do when I get there, but I've been longing for some excitement. I was thinking maybe a town with high crime rates. I could help out there, but I'm not exactly bent on any decision. So where are you guys going?"

Kamau ~~

"So where are you guys going?"

The question hangs in the air for a little bit. It's obvious the group of misfits have no plans, nor any desire to solve a town's problems.

"Well," I begin , "I would like to go to Mer and tell the Resistance about my status, because they've certainly presumed me dead. As has Catastrophe. But I don't think I could get that far with this."

I motion to my injury.  "So really, I guess I just want to see a doctor or medic."

Aneko looks at me. "So basically, all of Kyngdom thinks you're dead? Hmm. That could be interesting, and useful."

"Look," Rori says , "You're not going to stay here if I'm not sure you're loyal." Astrid rolls her eyes.

"I'm the leader here, so you need to listen to me," Rori finishes.

"Said who?" Astrid mutters. Rori glares at her sharply.

"Sure thing, boss," I reply. Rori glowers at me.

We'll see. XD

Aneko~

I walk over to the boy called Kamau. "So what did you do?" I touch him wound lightly, watching for any reaction.

~

I don't actually know what's wrong with him, so...

Kamau~~

"So what did you do?" Aneko asks. She lightly presses her fingertips on the wound. I wince , and she pulls them back.

"Not sure, exactly. Bomb, I think."

"A bomb in your side?" West asked.

"No. Shrapnel from a bomb," I explained. Aneko looks at me.

"The place you were at... a Resistance base, I'm assuming --it was bombed, wasn't it?" She asks.

Sorry, but ima be on hiatus with this rp right now until the end of November because of NaNoWriMo stuff. You can control Red a little bit until I’m back. Just letting you know my situation.

Taurus~

"Where you were- a Resistance base, I assume- ...it was bombed, wasn't it?"

Her question resounds within our little clearing, obviously uncalled for- especially by Kamau.

"It's not your buisness," he says, moving farther away from her.

"Which would only make someone more curious, genius," Astrid mutters. Kamau shoots her a look.

"It doesn't matter," I cut in, "All that does is where we're going to go to get Kamau a doctor." Rori fumes.

"So what, you're just going to leave camp to find help for a good-two-shoes stranger?" she huffs loudly. "I thought you guys were better than this."

"You're unbelievable," Kamau growls. "Scoffing at your friends for helping someone out? Come on!"

"Ooh, so I'm unbelievable now too, huh? You know what? I don't CARE if you just leave! And don't care if you never come back- you've sunk so low I don't care what you do! Because you're wrong, as long as you're against me!"

"That was the most arrogant thing I've heard in a while, and that's saying something, considering I've been watching you chew on that fat mouth for years!" I yell. "So yeah, I think we will go. All of us. Even you," I say, giving the scythe-girl a pointed look. West and Astrid seem happy to oblige.
