I don't know who's going to read this and actually care, but here goes.
By now, Mer should be cleaned up from whatever destruction that may have been inflicted upon it (yes, I wrote this after the explosion and before my death). I was 229 (we age differently) at the downfall of my kingdom, and at that point I was the last in line to rule. However, when my family died and my older brother left to fight for Catastrophe, I was the next in line to rule. At that point, I thought everyone in my kingdom was dead and I had nothing left to rule. However, that is not true. Some escaped, and they are in a larger number than I thought. Refugees from other places are also coming to join this group of people, and they are asking, "Where is Mer?"
This is the point of my will: I have a 8 year old (human years) daughter. Her name is Ocean Reindela Mer now, as this is after my death (I'll make a charrie sheet for her). She is next in line for the throne. I need someone, anyone that would be willing to take care of her, but I don't want some random person. I want someone that I would preferably trust. I apologise for putting this burden on you, but I don't want her to live on the streets (no offence to anyone who has/is). Within a few months, she will meet the requirements to rule Mer.
Another point of my will: I am donating a chunk of land to a new Resistance base that is being constructed as you read. It is larger than your other bases, and more secure. Please put it to good use. It even comes with a set of dormitories for members. Please accept it as my gift. It has been referred to as The Harbor by the builders, but call it whatever you like. If you don't like puns or memorials, that's understandable (XD).
Thank you for reading this. I'm also giving most of my personal back account to my daughter, but a quarter will be donated to the Resistance (about 100,000,000 credits...I'm sorry if that's not enough. Contact my advisors if you need something else) for use such as weapons, armour, or any other supplies or anything needed.
Thank you so much for letting supporting me, Resistance, and continue to fight for what is right. Think about the future you want to leave the next generations in.

My kingdom will support Mer in any way needed. Thank you for the donation to the Resistance, I'm sure the others will read about it. But you won't read this...so *sigh*. You were a good friend to me, Harbor. We met many times at the Vanderbow Royal Ball, and all were pleasant. Our kingdoms were good with one another. I shall miss you. I may not be able to help with your daughter, but I'm sure someone else will be able too. I understood from the reports on KBS that you don't have a grave due to your kingdom's demolition, but I will see a gravestone or memorial of some sort is built.
She wanted her ashes scattered to the ocean...would anyone like to come to her memorial service?

That's sad....I'll help in any way I can, and I will go to the memorial if I make it back on time.

I am sorry to hear of Harbor's passing. I wish there was something I could do.
I would offer to help out with Miss Ocean Reinalda Mer, but we all saw how well it went with Brynn...
Will a funeral be held? If so, I plan on attending to give my full respects to the late Queen Harbor of the Kingdom of Mer.

Thank you all for contacting us back. The funeral will be by the seaside, where the ashes will be scattered into the ocean and a small memorial will occur in the centuries-old church.
Thank you all also for our condolences. The late Queen loved you all like family.
Also, I would like to mention something. Ocean Reindela Mer has the ability to control water. She doesn't realise it yet, but signs have showed up, as her great great grandmother also had that ability (on her mother's side, of course). One day, before she fully resigns to the crown, she might be able to help the Reistance. Of course, I am inexperienced in your ways, but I thought I would bring that up, just in case.

Nygrune and Lycaella will come, although the latter won't be able to stay long unless some transportation like horse, train, Pegasus, automaton or airship is provided. Nieke is busy with the Elites, and Karune is occupied with going insane, so they won't be able to attend.

I did as well, but this has made her sustainably interesting, because she's become more volatile and unpredictable. She's actually on her way to becoming a threat to the Resistance, and I don't think I want her to be saved, because that sounds fun. At least to write about.

Baron and I walk silently on the dock to the seaside area. The cool breeze lightly rustles my fur, and we both admire the sunset. Even though the sunset is beautiful, everyone’s faces are grim. I’ve never seen so much black in one place. An old seaside church made from stone is crowded by so many people. The grass is so beautiful, considering the fact that Mer was at one point burned to the ground.
We see more people starting to go towards the small graveyard, so we follow. Harbor has a large but simple gravestone with her full name and title engraved in it. I can’t help but smile where it says, “But known as Harbor to her friends.”
Death is inevitable in this war. Harbor’s life was snatched from her grasp, and Ocean was left to suffer the loss of her mother. I can’t remember enough of my mother, but a different kind of pain comes when you know someone closely, and then they’re suddenly gone...just gone like that.
The memorial is long and ends on a quiet note. Then, we all face the edge of a small cliff, looking out towards the sea. I watch as Ocean and her temporary caretaker release the ashes into the ocean. They flitter around in the breeze before settling far off into the ocean where we can’t see. A tear slips from Ocean’s bright blue eyes, and they turn a little grey.
I greet Shadow, but we don’t say much. Harbor was our friend. She was taken from us.
But she will be avenged, if I have anything to say about it. I’ve lost all mercy.
