Help me. Please. A lot of people are kidnapping kids and keeping them in an underground bunker that is dreary.

I'd guess it's either Catastrophe or SOCS. I don't think SOCS would stoop that low. Or would they? Anyway, I could help rescue them. I only need the latitude and longitude of the bunker. I'm a shapeshifter. And I'm insane which would help. You might want to give a better description though.
