Kyngdom Survival Guide

This RP is

Chatterbox: KYNGDOM™ RP Board

This RP is

This RP is going to be about the last Power war, and our special little boy king.

Only a few rules on this one.

In the end the Powers and Catastrophe must die. The Powers die in this order:

Cealani, Ayearth, Eico, Sylvia, Lunee, Cellist, Claaws and Catasrophe. Claaws and Catastrophe basically both die at the same time, Claaws kills him, but he was covered in the Brazen goo so Claaws dies too.

The animals of the forest are immune to the Brazen goo, but once the Powers die and some of their Powers find other hosts, those hosts are not so Brazen goo is exiked to be guarded by a village of humans in the desert. This is also by where the Power of Fin is in the caves in the sand.

Rule number two, no changing the Power Origin story.

Rule number three, the animals are mostly not on the Powers side, there are some though who side with them. But no humans side with the Powers. Only Cellist (Ugg! Stupid autocorrect! You all know who I mean by this.), who is a fairy and maybe evolves into a human....we still haven't agreed on this.

Catastrophe is a boy king. So he is the king of Kyndom untill Claaws kills him. How he became the king is still undetermined.

The Powers are guarded by six animals, who are the animals that the Powers could turn into. These animals are evil like Catastrophe and assigned by Catstrophe. Each has a reason of why they hate the Powers. Sometime in the centuries that follow, the guardians forget what they're guarding, only that if they realease the magical creature inside it will reak havoc on Kyndom, and to NEVER let them get activated. This was told by the crow guardian. The guardians also over time forgot that they sided with the humans, and now they are enemies.

Jaaws was hidden in a cave at this time, and maybe visited Catastrophe to make him evil, and maybe ruled Kyndom through him. You guys can decide that.

You can play as any charrie, whether it's your own ancestors or the Powers or Catasrophe or Jaaws, and this will go on all the way untill Catastrophe dies and what becomes of Kyndom after. I will be playing as Claaws, but feel free to add on and be Claaws for this, just post under your own charrie's name so we all do not get confused. Hopefully this will shape Kyndom as we know it, and form the hystory. (Like how I used the y instead of an i like Kyndom? :) :)

The last rule is to have FUN! I will post a comment tomorrow morning.

I hope this makes Kyndom more interesting for all you bored Kyndomers!

*salutes* On it, Icy! *scans text* Oh dear.......

The Power of Blood serves vampires and they use it to gain power for the hunt. Vampires hunt ritualisticly and worship the Power of Blood. It is, in a way, the Power of darkness/fang, but there's more. There is not one pure Power creature [dragon, unicorn, serpent, etc]  that is summoned, so the vampires are not true Powers.

Vampires are rare creatures in Kyngdom, but are more common in different dimesions and lands. It [Kyngdom] is mainly the center of the vampiric religion, and is used by the vampires to gain speed (?), become one with the land, and to heal damage done by enemies of vampires.

The Eternal Vampires can be enemies of real Powers and fight often, but if they defeat a smaller enemy; dragon; savage, feral vampire; werewolf; or anyone who harms the land, they will use the Power of Blood to heal what was damaged. The motto of the Elder and Eternal Vampires is "Harm not the land from which you live," so they are trying to preserve their land forever.

The Power of Blood is artificial and has nothing to do with the real Powers. It is only accessible by vampires, so it is fairly weak.

~~~
Elliot, I was wondering. Does the Power of Blood have a talisman, like the flute, drum, etc.?
Sorry about the grammar and general confusing nature. The Power of Blood is a tool used by Vampires, and it has a Floor Tom as the instrument. The Floor Tom is the main instrument, though many vampire cults have created alternate versions, but they serve more as objects of worship than actual objects. Clear anything up?
so guys i havent been posting! Very bussy. :(
i like it Elliot but can it not be part of the six powers? Because it would be changing the PO if we added another one. So keep it, but just change the name so people dint get confused and think its part of the Kyndom powers.
Thanks. :)
Noon says rudz. Are you calling me rude? Because....well i guess i was sorrta rude. Sorry Elliot, I just dont want it mixed up with the six Kyndom powers. :p
I wanted to send you guys this. It's a speculation I did on the Powers. A speculation--and it's not really that good. Admins have already checked it and okayed it (I posted it somewhere else) and it's in two parts. So here's part 1:
That gray hair is just so, Elf dear, completely mistic.
Sorry, I was talking to my picture of Celesti. I drew one, but my current computer has no memory, only internet, so I can’t show you. It might be better that I don’t show you, since I suck at drawing.
Inner Icy: Don’t say suck
Fine, moi pretty. I’m back for another lecture on Le Powers, and I think you’ll find it intresting. This talks a lot about the motives behind the different actions the Powers did.
Caelani- Gryphon. Let’s look at the charecteristics behind Caelani. He’s part Eagle. Eagles are pretty high up on the food chain-what eats Eagles? They’re also a symbol of America; very Patriotic. Part Lion-pretty high up on the food chain again, symblofying Bravery and Chivalry.
So then why is Caelani so….rampaging? Well, we’ve learned from several stories that he goes with his emotions. I don’t know how to say this, but he’s...like bipolar. When he came out of the Power, to him, instants ago he was fighting Catastrophe. That might explain his rage, and anger towards humans.
Next, we look back. Lion. Eagle. All that pride and bravery might go up to his head.
Lunee- I’m not really the one who should be writing this. Mooonshadoowwwww I need you!
Lunee is the Angel Wolf. Wolves stay in packs, showing they care for each other-there’s not really a such thing as a Lone Wolf. Wolves are also predators, but the puppies are ADORABLE! And Lunee knows when to hold her tongue-like any good dog. She’s not entirely tame though-howling when she wants to, and being a predator. And then we look at Angels-mystic. Pure. Light. Mm hm, girl, you got that Howl.
Ecio- Here’s some stuff proving that Ecio just might be one of the wickedest of the bunch-but we’re not really sure.
Warning: I’m going to make some Bible comparisons here. I’m SUPER sorry if this insults anyone’s religious belief.
In the Bible, it says that snakes once had legs, but they were taken away as, well, how do I say this? A curse to snakes. Ecio, however, has claws. Does this mean that Ecio is the oldest power? Does this mean that Ecio is actually one of the nicest powers? Hmm….
More coming soon!
Part 2!
Part 2!!!
Ayearth- not much is known about Ayearth except he’s one of the kindest Powers, according to a post in the Book Of Myths & Legends. But Ayearth and Ecio are both depicted as Serpents. Does this hint to something about both of them, or a connection? Ecio basically represents earth. Ayearth represents water, basically.
And they both represent serpents with organisms added to them. Ayearth-fins. Ecio-claws. Is there a third serpent, representing air in this trio? Is it maybe a Chinese dragon, which is basically a serpent with wings? Do Ecio & Ayearth share a brotherly bond? Is Ayearth a girl or a boy? SO MANY QUESTIONS TO BE ANSWERED!!!!
Celesti- of course I couldn’t leave Celesti out, although she’s technically not a Power- I’ve been looking at stories, and Celesti came from the center of the golden flower of life. Does this mean Celesti was basically an inspiration for all of those pictures of fairies sitting on flowers, doing things with flowers, ect.?
DOES THAT MEAN SOMEONE WAS WATCHING WHILE THE POWERS WERE BORN!?
There must’ve been someone watching, due to the story being written down, but WHO?!
Sylvia- ahh, one of my favorites. I think I might have accidentally, from a passage I wrote on Celesti, made Sylvia and Celesti share a bond-meaning Celesti likes Sylvia more than the other powers. Fairies & Unicorns…. Excuse me whilst I throw up.
Sylvia was originally going to be the Power Of Light, which makes sense (kinda). But is Sylvia more powerful than the other Powers?
Just think-Sylvia is the Power Of Hoof, basically the founder of speed. She’s depicted with a horn and originally was going to be the Power Of Light before we changed the story! Does this mean that she has hidden powers none of us know of?
Claaws- okay, just ask Claaws herself.
Then theres Jaaws….But what really is Jaaws?
DUN DUN DUUUN….
Sorry, I wrote this before the whole Sideaffected Power thing came out.
~Catastrophe
I wake. Whist, as i learned her name from the other voice in my head, Jaaws,  and i learned her name from Whist. I am feling a little better, the cuts on my sides and face are healing, as i would espect, and my broken bones are no longer broken. I sence its some sort of magic (how about Whist is magically healing him? Becuase since she is Sylvias sideaffectedpower, how about she can heal and creat hypmotizing mist?) magic. Magic and Power goes like Honey and Sweet. Or Death and Powers. I cringe, then clench my fists in rage. Suddenly Jaaws is there with me. Go On, HuMaN. KiLl HeR. KiLl HeR!!!
I feal her presence in my brain. The difference from before is that she was hypmotizing me earlyer but now she was there giding me. Not making me move but telling me to move.
A sharp rock. A stick. A tooth. Two hands. A second brain. And the rage that boiled over everthing that was happening.
I aroze in one simple gesture. More graceful then the beast would ever be in the mist. I grab the stick, the rock, and the tooth. Jaaws reminds me of the dagger in my pocket, the one that the only shope would sell me. I pull it out. It was old and oddly formed, with a hint of rust where blade meats handle. The shoper had wished me luck. He actually beleived i had a chance. It was roundish and curved at the middle, and extreamly sharp at the tip. It reminded him of his fathers cooking knifes. Only ten times larger. What had happened to the cooking knifes? Were they still there, in the ash of his house under his fathers blacken skull? Where they mealted and half in the earth, next to his sisters and mother's mealted jewlery? Or were they gone, dissinagrated to nothing but the ashes of his once beloved city? Or were the Legends staking their caves and forests with wepons and death planned for their slaughter of the humans? Ahh, but it would be them who would be slaughtered. First this malformed Legend, then the six that still live.
He slowly lumbered to Whist. A stomp...a drag...a clunk...a drag...
Then he was looming over the asleep creature. Her eyes were half open. Her feathers were ruffled and sickly, blackened and sourounded by mist. WhAt ArE yOu WaItInG fOr? KILL HER!!
He raised the sword, the stick, rock, and tooth forgaten. He bared his teeth as she moved. Her eyes flung ooen as she saw him, and ge instantly felt the mist swerrling inside of him. But Jaaws was there, and no mist would get past her. He smiled at her shocked expretion. Then he brung the sowrd down, down, down. A flurry of feathers, then a roar of a creature. A pained creater. But it wasnt Whist. A large, slobbering dog sourounded by mist came bounding into the cave, gis eyes white and blank. Whist was safley up on that rock, safe.
Catastrophe slashed his dagger to the side, cutting the muts thraot clean out of its neck. It gasped and died in a pool of red blood. But Whist wasnt done with him. Three more animals came bounding into the cave, a tiger, a lion, and a wolf. Their eyes were blank and there claws were large and threatening. Catastrophe just smiled and laughed, a small laugh of a king who will never fall. The tiger lunged, its teeth bared and long, and its claws glistening and clear against the mist. It roared like a nighty king of the jungle who would never fall. One hit of Catastrsophes dagger, straight inyo the felines chest, and he fell limp. Catastrophe swong his dagger behind him and the beast slammed into a wall. (did you kbow the roars in the lion king were not lions but tigers because tugers have a stronger roar then lions?) The lion bared his teeth and curcled him, the wolf staring streight into his eyes like he was triing to stare him down. Then the wolf howled and the lion lunged from behind, its thick main not slowing the agile creature down a bit. Catastrophe turned and cut his dagger across the feline's stomach before turning and slashing the wolf across his chest. Both blows sent the animals flying into the walls. "Fine!," Whist called. "I will just kill you myself. You usless pathetic weapon!"
She hopped down from the rock, dust flying everywhere. She stepped from the haze, the mist encircling everymove.Catastrophe just laughed. I arched my soward over my head and rushed at Whist. She glared at me, then when i was nearly in striking distance she lashed out with her talon, vut Catastrophe dodged it, or tried. The tip of her claw scraped his arm, and the force sent him skidding back. He hissed through clentched teeth in pain, but charged again. Whist lashed out again, like it was some sort of funny game, and she was just going to bat him back untill he was too tired to go on then finally kill him. Like she was going to tourcher him for not staying her secret wepon.
This rage gave him a new strength and he leaped onto her tslon before pushing off and sailing towards her head. With a dagger in one hand and the stick, tooth, stone in another, he threw the stone into her eye, he scraped her throat with the tooth and pushed it in with the stick. He snarled as he landed on her shoulders, and wrapped the soward around her neck, pressering the stick and tooth farther into her neck. Then he........
Jaaws~
Catastrophe knew what he had to do. He had become sufficiently evil; however, the transformation would not be complete for a few days yet. His entire body needed to be...saturated, in essence, with evil, before Jaaws would trust him out alone.
Thus, Jaaws followed Catastrophe to Whist's haunted village.
Of course the almost-boy-king didn't notice her presence behind him, or above him, or next to him at the times Jaaws was close enough for anyone to feel her presence anyway. He emanated his own evil, and it takes a surprisingly small amount of time for one to grow used to that sort of thing.
Claaws and I are different, thought Jaaws as she guided Catastrophe through the streets. I am evil...Claaws is darkness. She spoke to me and made me real. I'll show Claaws who I am. Make her fear me.
Jaaws's stream of thoughts was abruptly ended as she sensed, like a wall, the presence of another Sideaffected Power. The black dragon grew angry. I SHALL BE THE ONLY ONE! THE SIDEAFFECTED POWERS WILL BECOME A SIDEAFFECTED POWER!
Catastrophe looked up in surprise. Jaaws had accidentally thought-yelled too loudly.
Fine, then. It matters not what you hear me say or do. What are you waiting for? KILL THE OWL!
For both had sighted the sickly form of Whist. She was asleep on the ground. Human and dragon slunk closer.
The battle began in a flash. With Jaaws's help, Catastrophe fought a dog, a tiger, a lion, and a wolf all in quick succession. When the great misty owl finally flew down from its safe place, Jaaws guided Catastrophe's hand to his knife. He viciously and mercilessly attacked. Meanwhile, a battle of the strength of mind pursued between Jaaws and Catastrophe.
Jaaws pushed her darkness into Catastrophe's mind. Whist threw mist by the handfuls into his body, clouding his senses. Both Sideaffected Powers gasped breathlessly as they fought for dominance over this young, powerful mind.
A thin connection grew between Whist's and Jaaws's mind as they fought inside Catastrophe's brain.
He'll do nicely with the inserted evil inside him, once I hypnotize him forever and you're gone, Whist told Jaaws.
You'll die like all the Sideaffected Powers will one day, Jaaws snarled.
A battle such as the one fought between dragon and owl may have scrambled a few brain cells of Catastrophe's in the process. A miniscule bit of Whist was all that remained once Jaaws booted her out of Catastrophe's head. One that would stay with Catastrophe for as long as he lived. It wasn't enough to draw power from, but Whist had a plan.
As soon as she lost the battle over the boy's mind, she had known that the slightest bit of her was left inside his brain. Too small of a bit to shove out, but big enough for Whist to draw power from one day. Perhaps Whist would return to the world, far in the future. Considering Catastrophe brought himself, and the last bit of Whist, to the correct spot (The one where Whist eventually died) Whist had a chance to return. Little did she know at that last battle of her life that the Sideaffected Powers would return again one day, by miraculous means and coincidencial happenings.
Whist was now locked in a physical battle for her life, and Catastrophe plus the invisible Jaaws seemed to be winning.
Catastrophe wrapped his sword around Whist's neck, pressing the stick and tooth farther into her neck. The he.....
