SailHaven
(I will do an explaination, then people can add to the story.)
SailHaven is my home city. It is a floating city, with a network of tunnels, allowing crime syndicates to evolve. The scientists there mostly develop implants, like blades in arms, or wearable tech, like monicles with lenses for seeing in the dark and stuff like that. I got exiled after creating blades that could be installed in arms, but they worked like a cat's claws, and could be hidden completely. After several assassinations, they had to punish me for making them.

"Explain what?" I ask.
I'm standing at the doorway casually wiping my hands after taking care of Trillian when I overhear Sprocket and Rae's conversations.
(February 7, 2017 - 9:29 pm)
I whip around. There stands Quill, casually wiping her hands.
"It's not nice to eaves-drop," I snap, immediatley feeling bad.
"I'm sorry," I say hurridley as I see her hurt expression. "It has been a long day. Still that doesn't give me any excuse."
She nods. "What do you guys need to explain? I want to know."
I look at Rae and she nods. Taking a deep breath, I start to explain to her about the powers and the telepathy, and everthing in-between.
"So yeah," I finish lamely. "I don't want anyone to know just yet. I don't know why, but I don't."
She nods. "I understand. Now lets take you back to your meeting."
(February 7, 2017 - 10:54 pm)
"That was odd," I say in response to Sprocket's 'migrane', "But okay. So, shall I show you two to your rooms?"
Aviance and Vol look at me, confused
"It's to dangerous for you to leave here," explains Alexandria, "So you'll need to stay with us for a while."
(February 8, 2017 - 6:23 am)
Aviance, Connie, and Vol followed Shadow and Alexandria down a dark, narrow hallway, smashed together even in a single-file line. Finally, they reached a door.
"Connie and Aviance, this is your room. Vol, follow me." Aviance and Connie said goodnight and quietly slipped inside the room. Vol continued to follow Alexandria down the corridor.
"Vol?" She asked quietly.
"Yes?"
"What's going on with you and Aviance?" Vol stopped.
"She... ever since her mother died five years ago, she has troubles with... attachment."
Alex looked at him gently, a question on her face.
"After losing someone she loves, she doesn't want to get that attached to anyone. I mean, we're friends, but..."
"I thought there was some tension between you. You keep trying, though, don't you." She smiled.
"The thing is, with the war, and the minority of Winged Ones, I'm never going to meet anyone else like her. No one could be like her. But I don't want her to change any more than she already has." They had reached the room. Alexandria held the door open, and Vol stepped inside.
"This war has changed all of us, Vol, and some of us, not for the better. But we have to keep fighting. If we do, I promise... everything will be okay." She smiled. "The bathroom's down the hall. Good night, Volucris."
"Good night, Alexandria." She quietly closed the door and left him to his thoughts.

Sorry, but could you please maybe not call Alexandria Alex? There's another Alex in Kyngdom, so it might be confusing. Also, in the past, she's said that she doesn't want a nickname. She may have changed her mind by now, but I think it's best to ask.

Groaning, I open my eyes. Sprocket, Rey, and Quill stand around me talking. My head and ribs ache like I was hit by a sledgehammer. what had happened again...? Suddenly it all rushed back and I jerk up, panting.
"Call security now!" I cough out. "There's a monster in SailHaven, and it's going to kill someone!"
Sprocket twisted around in alarm. "Wait... what?"
I sink back to the mattress panting, "Before the bomb went off, I saw something in the library. It was too dark to see but I could hear it talking to itself, saying that it needed to feed!"
Rey stared at me in horror. "Oh no..."
(February 8, 2017 - 1:53 am)
I rap on shadows door. If what Trillian said was true, then we were all in big trouble.
"Come in."
The door bangs against the wall as I storm in.
"Trillian got hurt, and then she said there is a monster in SailHaven and that it is going to feed and we are in big trouble and-"
She raises a hand. "Whoa. Slow down. First of all, how did you know about Trillian? Second, is your head OK? We all know that it wasn't just a migrane. Lastly, run me by the monster thing again."
"Um...I'll explain that later." I tell her about the monster thing, and she sighs.
"Why don't you and I go check it out. It might just be Trillians imagination, and I doubt it is that much of a threat."
We head out the door, walking quickly down the hallway.
"Now. About your migrane."
(February 8, 2017 - 10:51 pm)
We walk through the hallway as Sprocket reluctantly explains to me about her telepathy.
"So you can really just read someones mind?" I ask in amazement
"Yes, but I don't particularly want to. It seems rude, don't you think?"
"Yeah, I guess. Still, it could be extremely useful for an interrogation. But, have you always had these powers?"
She shakes her head in response.
"How did you get them? Is it part of being a vampire?"

Trillian~
I sit in the hospital wing with a security camera sitting on my lap. I had it hooked up to the medical feed and was watching the security footage of the library. There I was walking through the shelves... then the bomb blew up... no, too far... I rewind the video and pause it. There it was. The monster crouched behind a bookshelf. It was built like a lion but had a mangled human face. The worst part was it's tail. Plated like a scorpions, it was about five feet long and was dripping a grey goo onto the floor. It thrashed around like it had a life of its own. A manticore. This was bad. Very bad.
Leptomiris~
we slink through the streets tracking down the fresh meat. It was young, and had not yet noticed us. We turn a corner and see it. It was small with short red hair and a delicious smell (just so you know, this isn't a specific character, just a random pedestrian) We slither up behind it silently. We would eat well tonight.
(February 9, 2017 - 12:39 am)
I slink through the abandoned streets of the pedestrian city of SailHaven. As long as there are no active air ships, they won't be able to see me.
I hop onto a roof and look towards the largest building, about a mile away. So. That is where they are all gathering. And that is where Leptomiris is.
At night, I shall attack, and they will stand in shock as a bright fiery creature kills them.
(February 9, 2017 - 4:44 pm)
"Um, kinda. You see, Elliot gave them to me through mind stuff. I think it's kinda like you have them as a vampire, but they have to be activated."
She nods, a contemplative look on her face. We had reach one of the five main streets and were heading down it. The shops were just closing up for the day, and the sound was gradually dying around us.
After a while of looking in alleys and crannys, shadow sighs.
"We are never going to find anything like this. I'm going to the roofs."
With a flap of her wings she rose up to the top of the nearest building. I ran to the side and started to scale the metal piping on the side, rotating to suction as I did.
I join shadow on the roof and we continue our search, looking down on the streets.
Then we hear a piercing scream. We look at each other and run towards the noise.
(February 9, 2017 - 7:30 pm)
Connie sat up suddenly, a single sound vibrating through the pitch black. A scream. She turned and saw that Aviance was still fast asleep. She quietly slipped out of bed and pulled on her black coat and boots. She hurried down the hallway and into the library, where she slipped out of the unlocked door (why was it unlocked?) and into the pitch-black night.
Connie remembered Shadow's warning that it would be unsafe to leave the base, but something told her she needed to be on the lookout. An instinct, almost. She unfurled her wings and spread them wide, blending in with the night. After a few minutes of soaring silently through the freezing nothingness, she thought she saw movement below. She circled lower, following two figures running across the skyline, jumping from roof to roof. She flew low, just above the crest of the building tops. When she was just in reach of the two figures, she realized who they were.
"Shadow? Sprocket?" Shadow jumped, and Sprocket tripped in surprise.
"Connie? Why are you here?" Shadow looked worried. "How did you get out? I thought I told you it was too dangerous to leave? Grave danger, remember?"
"Yeah, well, I'm not Aviance. Plus, besides you having been immortal, I'm older than you, I'm the same species, and I have also lived in the streets my whole life. Someone screamed. Was it one of you?"
"No. We were just going to see when you came..." Sprocket looked around warily, having jumped up. She turned to Shadow.
"We should keep going. Connie, now you're here... well... let's go." Connie nodded, and the three once again began to speed towards the noise, two flying, one leaping, over the skyline.

I was flying over SailHAven when I saw thing, probbaly a monster. I hate things which are probably monsters. I swoop down to get a better look.
(February 9, 2017 - 10:21 pm)
Wait, Trillian? What exactly is Leptormis going to do?
(February 11, 2017 - 12:40 am)
You see, Leptomiris is a side affect power so normally he would want to kill the powers. He came out a bit wierd though and mostly just wants to kill Catastrophe and anyone else he can get his claws on. He is on SailHaven solely for the purpose of eating most of the inhabitants.
