NAME: Charlie W.
SPECIES: Human (Homo sapiens)
JOB/TITLE: Sprocketville, Southwest Kyngdom
APPEARANCE: Tall for his age (13), average build, curly dark brown hair always needs a haircut (except right after he gets one)
PERSONALITY: Never the first to speak up, but always the first to notice something
HOME: His parents' house, which his mom likes to say has the most natural light of any underground bunker in Sprocketville, thanks to its many skylights
MOST OFTEN SEEN AT: The machinist wing of the Cypher Labs dormitory, where he lives on a hall with the other gear-nerds. Needless to say it's not the cleanest wing in the building.
FRIEND OR MENTOR: Dr. Sheepshank was the first adult he felt really took him seriously.
ENEMY OR RIVAL: Marcus R., the best machinist at Cypher--and a full year younger than Charlie.
FAVORITE POSSESSION OR OBJECT: His titanium sprocket wrench set, a 13th birthday gift from Dr. Sheepshank.
MOTTO OR FAVORITE SAYING: Er, did you try hitting it with a hammer?
STRENGTHS: Inventiveness--at age 8, he built a working dishwasher from scratch.
WEAKNESSES: Confidence--he has trouble standing up for himself sometimes.
BACKGROUND: Charlie grew up in Sprocketville, a small bunker town in Southwest Kyngdom. He was lonely there, since there weren't many other kids around--but that gave him plenty of time to tinker with the smashed-up machines that lined all the roads in town. After he built an entirely new set of household appliances from scratch, word spread across Kyngdom. Eventually, Dr. Sheepshank recruited him to be part of the Cypher Labs team. His parents were sad to see him go, but he didn't think twice: this was his big break.

No, more than a few months ago now though, because in Marie and Shadow's posts they mentioned a year has passed since the death of Alexandria. Is that okay with everyone? So, anyway, Simon, you would only have had wings for a year and a half, at the most. Right?

NAME: Kristjan Gunnarsson
SPECIES: Homo sapiens
JOB/TITLE: Former blacksmith’s apprentice/Resistance soldier
APPEARANCE: Tall, normal build, but with strong arm muscles. Nineteen. Bright blue eyes with a bit of depth, slightly curly blonde hair that is cut rather roughly. Tan, with several scars running up his arms and down his back. Usually wears work shirt and jeans. Always has a dagger strapped to his thigh, and most of the time has his seax strapped to his back.
PERSONALITY: Mellow, but confident. He doesn’t voice his opinion very often, but takes note of others. Not the bravest person you’ll ever meet, but also not a coward. Knows how to read people, extremely observant. Very close to Sprocket from their time together in SailHaven. Loves to work on machines and with metal.
HOME: With the Resistance maybe
MOST OFTEN SEEN AT: Anywhere really
FRIEND OR MENTOR: During his time with the blacksmith he became really close to him, but his best friend is Sprocket.
ENEMY OR RIVAL: Catastrophe
FAVORITE POSSESSION OR OBJECT: His seax
MOTTO OR FAVORITE SAYING: To heck with rules, we know what we’re doing.
STRENGTHS: Is very good at working on machines. Tough, and can read people really well. Also, pretty good street fighter.
WEAKNESSES: He has trust issues. Sometimes fails to see the good in others. Also, his back is extremely sensitive from an old injury. Will sometimes let his feelings cloud his judgement. Can be rather pessimistic at times.
BACKGROUND: It’s REALLY long, so not going to go into it.

NAME: Elleanorah "Norah" O'Brien (ONLY goes by Norah or Norah O'Brien)
SPECIES: According to SOCS, 70% elf, 30% human.
JOB/TITLE: Elleanorah Zara O'Brien; part elf; skilled Healer; potion brewer; (hopefully? Hazel, can she join?) Member of the Elites??
APPEARANCE: Dark skin, and she has an average 13-year-old human's height. Norah has piercing blue eyes and small, pale spots on her forehead and under her eyes. She has dark blue hair that is usually kept in a loose but well crafted bun. Most of the time she wears a nice, sleeveless garb with beautiful patterns on it (the garb itself is navy blue, but the patterns are turquoise and magenta). Sometimes she wears a darker navy blue cloak with turquoise on the edges—the hood of the cloak has small holes where her elf ears can stick out slightly. She also has beautiful black boots with a big turquoise swirl in the middle of each.
PERSONALITY: Norah can make friends very easily (even though her only friend right now is her owl, Genesis). She reads a lot of books and is often seen with one in her hand, usually about nature, potions, or legends. Sometimes she is a bit untrusting if she doesn't know someone, but she gets used to them fairly quickly. She is always ready for battle, even though she is technically a Healer. Norah is known to have a stubborn personality, though. She sometimes holds grudges, too. She sometimes seems like a know-it-all about her knowledge of potions. Overall, though, she's a stubborn but smart and bright friend to have, and you probably want her on your side.
HOME: Right now, Norah lives in a hideout in a lush forest near Rainefall (Eastern Kyngdom). She lives near Rainefall because she sells potions occasionally. However, if Hazel accepts her request to join the Elites, she'll probably live at the base.
MOST OFTEN SEEN AT: Her hideout, where she makes her potions. She also sometimes travels around Kyngdom.
FRIEND OR MENTOR: Her owl, Genesis (Gen for short). She wants to make other friends too, though.
ENEMY OR RIVAL: Catastrophe and (previously, before it shut down) SOCS.
FAVORITE POSESSION OR OBJECT: Her crystal bow (along with her magenta-colored arrows), given to her when she was young.
STRENGTHS: Norah has a magnetic personality. She also is very skilled with a bow and arrow. She is a Healer and is a master at brewing potions, too. Since she reads so many books, she knows a lot about Kyngdom. She has a great memory too.
WEAKNESSES: Norah is also unfortunately known to be pretty stubborn. She holds grudges when her feelings are hurt, and she gets scared easily. Sometimes she comes off as...naive. Occasionally, she is untrusting as well.
BACKGROUND: Norah only knew her parents until she was three—then, they disappeared. Luckily, the animals of the forest took her in, and she started to take an interest to healing and potions when she was 8. She began to learn about these subjects peacefully until she was 10. Then, SOCS kidnapped her. It was then that she (because SOCS pointed it out) discovered she was mostly an elf. They experimented her battle skills, but she was never as good at battle as the other girls. She knew what her fate was going to be, so she escaped and ran back to the forest. She was 12 by the time she got back. So, she tried even harder to learn healing skills, and soon became a Healer. She turned 13 after that, and then Catastrophe was on the rise. She soon discovered the Elites and wants to be a member, working as a Healer. She hopes they will accept her request.

Name: Moon Shadow
Species: Half winged one, half human/snow leopard hybrid.
Job/Title: None
Appearance: Icy blue eyes; tan skin; light-ish blonde hair; snow leopard tail and ears.
Personality: Kind; warm hearted; gets lonely sometimes; protective of her little sister; spirited; adventurous; creative.
Home: Frozen forest outside of Kyngdom.
Most Often Seen At: whatever cold place she can find, mostly she tries be away from large towns.
Friend or Mentor: Her younger sister Lune and her best friend Eclipse who is a human/wolf hybrid.
Enemy or Rival: The person who killed her parents (see background).
Favorite Possession or Object: A silver and dark blue ring given to her by her mom.
Motto or Favorite Saying: Oh by all the stars.
Strengths: Speed; physical strength; magic.
Weaknesses: Her love for those she cares about.
Background: When she was little, she was out playing with her sister and best friend Eclipse, and when she got home, she found her house completely frozen in ice, along with everything inside of it, including her parents. Eclipse's family took her in, and she lived with them until she was 15 (Eclipse was 16) before their house too, was consumed by ice, leaving only her, her little sister, Elcipse, and his twin, Pine. They are forced to flee their forest, now excepting the fact that it is no longer safe. They fled to Kyndom after about a year of searching for someplace to live. They have been wandering Kyngdom ever since.

Name: Ocean Reindela Mer
Species: Half Homo Sapiens, Half Homo Marisian
Job/Title: In a few months, Queen of Mer
Appearance: Ocean is a small girl with pale skin that has a slight tint of tan, along with a few freckles. She has bright blue eyes with gold rims around the pupil, and a small nose and mouth that smiles and laughs like bells often. Unlike the usual blue hair for Homo Marisians, Ocean has slightly wavy blonde hair that goes to her shoulder blades. She's fairly dainty looking, but is very fast. She usually wears sweaters that are oversized on purpose and leggings, as she is often cold. Plus, those clothes are fairly normal before she has to start wearing royal clothes when she rules Mer. She enjoys being barefoot often and is a graceful figure. She has a lot of her mother's features.
Personality: Gentle, innocent, and slightly naive (not as much though, because her mother was the Queen and she knows a bit about war). Ocean is a kind soul and always cares about the littlest creatures. She knows not of all the evil in Kyngdom yet. Ocean is very curious and loves exploring and going on adventures. She's also very smart for her age and talks with an intelligent stature.
Home: It was Mer, but now her mother is dead...she needs someplace to take shelter.
Most often seen at: She loves the woods and the little rivers and streams, along with the oceans.
Friend or mentor: Her cousin who is a bit older, until her cousin's family ruled another kingdom, Vandalion
Motto or favourite possession: A small gold necklace with a small golden shell given to her by her mother.
Stengths: She's fast, smart, adventurous and unusually good at lying.
Weaknesses: She's naive and has astraphobia (fear of thunder and lightning)
Background: Ocean grew up in a large family of royalty. Her mother was the successor to be Queen, and soon became it after marrying her father. Her father was human. Harbor, her mother, began to help the Resistance while Ocean's father, Petre (like "Peter") was a general in Catastrophe's army. They never saw eye to eye but loved each other. Petre began to not be as strict with the rules of Catastrophe's army--he had already married Harbor, who was a part of the Resistance, and now they had a daughter. He was finally arrested and Harbor fled with Ocean. They got out of Mer with Harbor's Lady-in-Waiting, Junonia, before it was bombed and destroyed. Soon after, Harbor left Ocean with Junonia to help Ocean's father before Harbor was found and killed by Catastrophe's forces. Ocean is currently looking for shelter as Junonia has to leave to find her own family.
