NAME: Charlie W.
SPECIES: Human (Homo sapiens)
JOB/TITLE: Sprocketville, Southwest Kyngdom
APPEARANCE: Tall for his age (13), average build, curly dark brown hair always needs a haircut (except right after he gets one)
PERSONALITY: Never the first to speak up, but always the first to notice something
HOME: His parents' house, which his mom likes to say has the most natural light of any underground bunker in Sprocketville, thanks to its many skylights
MOST OFTEN SEEN AT: The machinist wing of the Cypher Labs dormitory, where he lives on a hall with the other gear-nerds. Needless to say it's not the cleanest wing in the building.
FRIEND OR MENTOR: Dr. Sheepshank was the first adult he felt really took him seriously.
ENEMY OR RIVAL: Marcus R., the best machinist at Cypher--and a full year younger than Charlie.
FAVORITE POSSESSION OR OBJECT: His titanium sprocket wrench set, a 13th birthday gift from Dr. Sheepshank.
MOTTO OR FAVORITE SAYING: Er, did you try hitting it with a hammer?
STRENGTHS: Inventiveness--at age 8, he built a working dishwasher from scratch.
WEAKNESSES: Confidence--he has trouble standing up for himself sometimes.
BACKGROUND: Charlie grew up in Sprocketville, a small bunker town in Southwest Kyngdom. He was lonely there, since there weren't many other kids around--but that gave him plenty of time to tinker with the smashed-up machines that lined all the roads in town. After he built an entirely new set of household appliances from scratch, word spread across Kyngdom. Eventually, Dr. Sheepshank recruited him to be part of the Cypher Labs team. His parents were sad to see him go, but he didn't think twice: this was his big break.

The letter is called thorn, and I don't have it on my keyboard either, so I had to copy and paste it from Wikipedia. XD

I thought thorn was the one that looked like a d with the cross of a t? Hang on, I have a book having to do with the Icelandic sagas that has something about that in the front. Let me get it...
Oh, yes, you're right. The one I was thinking of was eth. The book says thorn is an unvoiced 'th' like in 'thought' (as opposed to the 'th' sound in 'the'), so... Nathainn? Like Nathan with an extra letter?

Name: Elijah
Species: Human (Homo Sapiens)
Job/Title: He comes from Southwest Kyngdom.
Appearance: He is 5' 6", but he doesn't like being tall. His hair comes to just above his shoulders, and is gingerish brownish. (I know, I'm great at this colour thing.) His eyes are very dark brown, near to black. He likes to wear dark, natural colours. (Like green, blue, or brown.)
Personality: He is a bit shy, which is not helped by his height. He is very good at strategy, and his ideas almost always work. He is 15 years old.
Home: He used to live with his parents next to river in Southwest Kyngdom, but he was driven out by SOCS.
Most Often Seen at: He used to spend all of his time on the edge of the river near his home with his friend John. They both love(d) music.
Friend or Mentor: His best friend was named John, but Elijah lost him to SOCS.
Enemy or Rival: He will always deeply hate the SOCS.
Favorite Possesion or Object: His violin. He got it from his best friend, when he was still living with his parents.
Strengths: Can play the violin rather well, and is good at coming up with creative stratigies, for battle and and almost anything else.
Weaknesses: He is very sensitive when it comes to talking about his past. I will post it here, but only here, and only once. If you were to ask him where he comes from, he would change the subject to something that he knows you love. He's tricky like that.
Background: He comes from Southwest Kyngdom, but bad things happened to him there. his best friend was captured and nearly killed by SOCS, whick is why he wants to join the Resistance. When he left he and his parents were forced to leave their home, they all chose different paths. He went to join the Resistance, his mother found a job at the Bog and Burrow, and his father became a traveling merchant.

NAME: Lux Rwyegum
SPECIES: Homo Sapiens Female
JOB/TITLE: Strategist
APPEARANCE: Cropped blonde hair with a streak of black. Sea green eyes with a tint of teal. tanned skin from many years drawing diagrams in the sun. A petite form. Regular tunic and leather pants. Always carries a leather shoulder pack. Weathered shoes.
PERSONALITY: Straight to the point. She has motives but nobody knows them. She is very loyal, but for good or bad, nobody can tell. It depends on who gets to her first. Her eyes glow when in the sun, her namesake. It only happens when she is REALLY angry. She has weak light powers, only things light directing light and lighting a lamp.
HOME: The outside, unexplored lands of Kyngdom
MOST OFTEN SEEN AT: Everywhere, period.
FRIEND OR MENTOR: A marten who has horns
ENEMY OR RIVAL: Whoever her employer hates.
FAVORITE POSSESSION OR OBJECT: A ring made of toumarine in the shape of a sun
MOTTO OR FAVORITE SAYING: My name is literally light.
STRENGTHS: Ruthless and other things. Charming.
WEAKNESSES: She has a weak resoloution. A bit gullible.
BACKGROUND: Not a novice in battle. Nothing else. Except that she was a sextooplet.
