NAME: Charlie W.
SPECIES: Human (Homo sapiens)
JOB/TITLE: Sprocketville, Southwest Kyngdom
APPEARANCE: Tall for his age (13), average build, curly dark brown hair always needs a haircut (except right after he gets one)
PERSONALITY: Never the first to speak up, but always the first to notice something
HOME: His parents' house, which his mom likes to say has the most natural light of any underground bunker in Sprocketville, thanks to its many skylights
MOST OFTEN SEEN AT: The machinist wing of the Cypher Labs dormitory, where he lives on a hall with the other gear-nerds. Needless to say it's not the cleanest wing in the building.
FRIEND OR MENTOR: Dr. Sheepshank was the first adult he felt really took him seriously.
ENEMY OR RIVAL: Marcus R., the best machinist at Cypher--and a full year younger than Charlie.
FAVORITE POSSESSION OR OBJECT: His titanium sprocket wrench set, a 13th birthday gift from Dr. Sheepshank.
MOTTO OR FAVORITE SAYING: Er, did you try hitting it with a hammer?
STRENGTHS: Inventiveness--at age 8, he built a working dishwasher from scratch.
WEAKNESSES: Confidence--he has trouble standing up for himself sometimes.
BACKGROUND: Charlie grew up in Sprocketville, a small bunker town in Southwest Kyngdom. He was lonely there, since there weren't many other kids around--but that gave him plenty of time to tinker with the smashed-up machines that lined all the roads in town. After he built an entirely new set of household appliances from scratch, word spread across Kyngdom. Eventually, Dr. Sheepshank recruited him to be part of the Cypher Labs team. His parents were sad to see him go, but he didn't think twice: this was his big break.

Name: Verity Winter
Species: Human (homo sapiens)
Job/Title: Head Of The Animal Hunt, a secret double agent for the animals
Appearance: simple but elegant clothes, brown eyes, brown hair (usually in a braid), slightly ticked off expression
Personality: very intelligent, confident, brave, dedicated, observer, kinda quiet, brisk
Home: penthouse in a skyrise in Taenby
Most Often Seen At: B.I.G. HQ, or secret animal bases/hideouts (but not really because they are secret)
Rival: Yora Kahn, Verity's cousin, and dedicated B.I.G. follower. Always says there is something fishy about Verity, mostly because Yora hates Verity for no reason.
Motto/Favorite Expressions: Pertinacia, Amicitia Et Pax (Persistence, Friendship and Peace) and Et Pax, Victoria (In Peace, Victory)
Strengths: dedication, intelligence, agile and great fighter, being discreet, fast
Weaknesses: seeing people get hurt, needing to fight
Background: Verity grew up in Aresmont. Her whole family is made up of B.I.G. loving snobs, and Verity despises them, though she must be friendly and keep up appearances. She lives alone, but she has many close animal friends. Her best friend, Hathon Lerton disappeared 7 years ago, and Verity blames B.I.G.

NAME: Little Crow (birds must earn their names once they're of age)
SPECIES: Crow (Corvus corone)
JOB/TITLE: Student
APPEARANCE: A small crow (age 10 in human years), no remarkable characteristics.
PERSONALITY: An adventurer, happy-go-lucky at times and brave at other times. Unusually suspicious of authority for someone so young.
HOME: The base of Meek Peak with his parents.
MOST OFTEN SEEN AT: The Bog & Burrow Inn, hanging with the older animal spies.
FRIEND OR MENTOR: His mentor is Zephyra, his aunt, who Little Crow idolizes and wants to be when he grows up (even though he doesn't quite know what her job is). His best friend is Little Red Tail, an orphan baby hawk his family adopted.
ENEMY OR RIVAL: He had playground rivalries not even worth mentioning--until B.I.G. kidnapped his Aunt. Now he is determined to cut B.I.G. down to size.
FAVORITE POSSESSION OR OBJECT: His twig collection for writing--he knows how to pick the perfect one. Also, anything shiny.
MOTTO OR FAVORITE SAYING: Fur and feathers forever!
STRENGTHS: Bravery. Advanced writing ability for a bird. Advanced aerial combat skills for a bird so young.
WEAKNESSES: Thinks he's stronger and more clever than he is.
BACKGROUND: Little Crow has lived his whole life at the base of Meek Peak. At age 5 (in human years), he started Bird School. There he met Little Red Tail, an orphaned baby hawk, and they became best friends. He convinced his parents to adopt Little Red Tail, and now the two are inseparable. Little Crow visited his Aunt Zephyra every weekend until she was kidnapped. Zephyra taught him to read and write, and she also taught him flight and combat skills (although he's a little more sure-winged with the pen than he is with the sword). Once Zephyra took him to the Bog and Burrow Inn on an errand, and ever since he has gone there to hang out with the older animal spies. They enjoy his brave spirit and gullibility--he's the butt of quite a few pranks at the Inn.

APPEARENSE: Red, white, nothing that stands out too much...
PERSONALITY: Kind, can be cunning when she needs to be, but that's not very often.
HOME: Her cozy den(s)... She goes where she wants.
MOST OFTEN SEEN AT: Anywhere. Like I said, she goes where she wants.
FREIND OR MENTOR: She mentors herself. As for freinds... She makes them wherever she goes.
ENEMY OR RIVAL: B.I.G, duh.
FAVORITE POSSESION OR OBJECT: She does not have any belongings.
MOTTO OR FAVORITE SAYING: "Donuts, anyone?"
STRENGTHS: Cunning, can fight ( but she never does)
WEAKNESSES: Does not always have a fight base.
BACKROUND: She's been an orphan for as long as she can remember... so... Living alone? does that count?

Species: Human/Wolf (shapeshifter)

APPEARENSE AS HUMAN: tall, blond hair with black streaks, dark blue eyes
APPEARENSE AS WOLF: black with dark blue eyes.
PERSONALITY: Kind, calm.
HOME: Living in the forest outside of BIG right now.

FRIEND OR MENTOR: Doesn't have a mentor right now, and friends...

FAVOURITE POSSESION: Her bow and arrows and her sapphire ring.

STRENGTHS: can fight, and very good at making/fixing things
WEAKNESSES: trusts A LOT of people
BACKGROUND: kidnapped at a young age by B.I.G for them to use her shapeshifting abilities. Recently excaped, and has no memories of family.

APPEARANCE: Like an ordinary crow, except for her leather jacket
PERSONALITY: Knows a lot of history and Kyngdom lore but is impatient with creatures less wise than she is, especially humans; very secretive; lives alone because she enjoys her own company best, but sometimes suddenly needs to go out into society
HOME: Near the top of Meek Peak (only Little Crow has ever visited her there and knows what it looks like)
MOST OFTEN SEEN AT: The Bog & Burrow (especially on trivia night); currently being held at a supersecret location by B.I.G., which is so secret even she doesn’t know where she is
FRIEND OR MENTOR: Her nephew Little Crow
ENEMY OR RIVAL: Cornelia Hornshaw and all those nasty, noisy scientists with their steam machines
FAVORITE POSSESSIONS: The Power of Wing, also her shiny button collection and Black Wings College leather jacket
MOTTO: There’s no caws for alarm--just wing it!
STRENGTHS: Creating intricate flight patterns, sending coded messages, outsmarting B.I.G., 3-time Bog & Burrow Ultra Trivia champion
WEAKNESSES: Scarecrows, picking up shiny things on the ground, and 60s memorabilia (especially Beatles records)
BACKGROUND: The Guardian of the Power of Wing, only Zephyra knows its awesome-cawsome power. But will she talk? Only to one who is pure of heart and understands her language. Which likely means—never! Now held captive by BIG, she was groomed from the time she was Little Crow’s age to be a guardian and is hoping against hope that her nephew will prove worthy to succeed her.

SPECIES: Deer Puella
JOB/TITLE: Experiment 1
APPEARANCE: A bit tall, thin build, short messy brown hair, blue eyes, freckles everywhere, wears a plain, short sleeved grey dress. She also has deer ears, a tail, and antlers. Always barefoot.
PERSONALITY: Shy when you first meet her, but can really warm up to someone, and is playful around close friends.
HOME: A hut made of branches and leaves. It's not much, but it's home.
MOST OFTEN SEEN AT: In the forest running and climbing about.
FRIEND OR MENTOR: A male fox named Faji that she's known for most of her life.
ENEMY OR RIVAL: She considers humans her enemies unless they can earn her trust.
FAVORITE POSSESSION OR OBJECT: A necklace with an opal on it, something she found near the B.I.G. lab.
MOTTO OR FAVORITE SAYING: Leap to take action after caution.
STRENGTHS: Her speed and caution, they help her avoid really dangerous situations.
WEAKNESSES: Her caution is also a weakness when one must take action right away.
BACKGROUND: Before she was born, scientists wanted to see what would happen if they mixed animal DNA with a humans'. They gave her mother pills to give the unborn girl the DNA. She was born with deer ears and a tail, two tiny antlers starting to sprout from her head. She was kept at the lab and tested on, until she escaped at the age of 7.
