Technicly, anything that is below SailHAven applies to SailHAven law. The first king of SailHAven, maybe Elliot, signed a deal with some fae.

sooo... good news and bad news.... well it's more of a bad news train but, it's just easier to type that... he(Or she) wasn't kidding when he(Or she, i'm getting more of a he vibe from this mysterious character) says that he was going to tell big bag all aware secrets and we rebel scum will die as oooon neeee... signed big worker 6.0 (Or was it big worker 6.9... I don't quite remember...) when I was working one day I heard him talking to someone about the rebel army... and It wasn't good. he knows all of your plans and claims to have joined you to get more information, but before then, I had no idea he existed
