Current Weather Report
It's me again, Techibeetle, the only creature in Kyngdom who is highly skilled in Hydrangea code and knows how to properly activate a Sagebrush Server. In other words, I'm a "nerdy little bug" ;).
You might remember my post that broke the news of the gryphon. B.I.G. never fixed their feedbacky line, so I've kept listening in on it. It's mostly been Professor Hornshaw ordering people to fix her open-faced sandwiches, as well as some other boring stuff. I think they've stopped using the frequency for highly important discussions. But today I heard something interesting. Here's a transcript:
"It's 3:57pm, and this is Byron Hornshaw with an emergency Brazen Inquiry Guild Weather Report. We have received videos and images of severe flooding throughout Southwest Kyngdom. Although there appears to have been no rainfall, water has covered most of the region. As of this report, the flood has spread as far north as the Labyrinth Lands, as far south as Sprocketville, as far west as the Hidden Paradise Valley, and as far east as the Grasplands. Residents have been seen rafting and boating toward the East. Over 5,000 humans live in the area. It is unconfirmed whether any Brazen Inquiry Guild agents were in the area at the time. Avoid Southwest Kyngdom until further notice."
Is everyone OK?! Does anyone know what's going on down there? Can any birds fly over and report back?
(July 1, 2016 - 12:57 pm)
Does this have to do with the fact that a SailHaven suburb crashed in the area?
(July 1, 2016 - 4:52 pm)
My name's Merle, I'm a purple finch. I'm staying with an aunt just north of Sprocketville, so I can easily fly over to take a look. If you want I can go straight away.
(July 1, 2016 - 8:48 pm)
I have to check on my family anyway, they live in a woods near East Whetston, and I'm afraid they might have been flooded out. I'll report on what I see soon, wish me luck!

I'm back! I'm currently flying over where Rainefall was, and it's a pretty forlorn sight. The whole countryside surrounding it is a blank sheet of water, gray and flat. And even the city is swamped. The streets are flooded to the extreme, and only the rooftops poke above the surface. I can also see peculiar dark spots moving about. Strange. Just wait, I'm swooping in to get a closer look. They're rafts! Whole groups are paddling about on whatever they can find: tables, roofs, and doghouses to name some. Some are even stranger. I won't go into details. Anyway, I'm heading towards what kind of looks like a palace, it's set high on this cliff, and the water doesn't even go near it. Does anyone have any idea what it is? I'll get back later with a report, right now I think I see some kind of birdfeeder, and I just realized how hungry the trip made me. Ciao for now!

Help! Techibeetle! I (Trill W.) and many others are trapped under the Labyrinth Lands, there is a Giant Sloth emerging from a crack, and on top of it all, the tunnels are starting to flood!
We need backup! Quickly! Someone----

Sorry for the lateness of this report, it took longer than I thought to get from Rainefall to... wherever I am. I'm sitting on what looks like a normal flower, except it's the size of a redwood. Larger than a redwood actually. It's got huge curling leaves at the base, and enormous purple flowers at the top that are furled so tightly they look like balls. Apparently it's a good place for birds, there's tweeting, chirping, and twittering coming from every possible thing and every possible place. They're probably refugees from the flood. I don't see my family though, I really hope they're alright. I'm looking around now, and I can see almost all of Eastern Kyngdom. That long smudge to the north must be those Badlands I've heard about, and those peculiar dark spots underneath the water to the south-east could be a village. Even farther east is a thick row of long spikes. I'm guessing that's Dagger Bay, it certainly deserves the name, those rocks look frighteningly sharp. I think that's all for now, tomorrow I'l swoop around towards Whetston. I really hope my family will be there.

I know a dove named Diamond. She's heading that way right now. I could maybe get a hold of her somehow-but I need a bird first. Any volunteers?
(July 5, 2016 - 6:29 pm)
hi! I am willing to go tell Diamond! I am a Macaw with a good sense of hearing- I'll find her.
(July 5, 2016 - 7:28 pm)
Sure! but we need someone else to go with you-anyone?
(July 5, 2016 - 9:17 pm)

Maybe it had something to do with the forest fire in the Forest of the Sage about a month or so ago? Some trees that were planted over (but not in!) a magic reservoir that does what ever the person who has found it recently, so maybe B.I.G. started the fire to get to the water. But,there are more resevoirs, and some are closer to Southwest Kyngdom, so I think that B.I.G. is after me!
Also, Techibeetle, I can't tell whether you are wiith or against B.I.G. Please tell me!
I invented Hydryngea code for the Super computer! Also, the super computer Is/was a sagebrush server! Though maybe if you are against B.I.G. we could team up!
(July 29, 2016 - 10:28 am)
I was there.
(September 9, 2016 - 4:57 pm)
