So I, like so many others before me, have decided to write a novel/story/creative writing/thingy. I have fairly good ideas (don't get me started on what it's about, I will go on for hours), but I really don't kknow how to get started. How do you guys organize your thoughts and stuff?

Well, my English teacher makes us put our ideas on a story plot, it's pretty handy! Here it is, sort of!

Characters: There name and a brief description

Setting: Where the story takes place
_______________________________________________________________
Problem: The turning point of the story, a.k.a. Climax
_______________________________________________________________
Events: List of events in chronoligical order _______________________________________________________________
Resolution: How the problem is solved
_______________________________________________________________
This really helped me to orgainze all of my thoughts and ideas when I was writing my story.
