These can be inspiring, funny or just something that makes you smile :D. Here are some of mine:
Humans are like slinkies. Practically useless and really fun to watch fall down stairs :D
She's my best friend. Break her heart and I'll break your face.
God made us friends because no mother could handle us as sisters.
I smile because you are my sister. I laugh because there is nothing you can do about it.
There's many more but I won't bore you :D
Thanks, Koffee. These are great!

Admin, I will admit I <3 it when you act mildly snarky. *grin*
"Mildly snarky?" Good grief, I'll have to use that in a sentence.... Thank you for the compliment as well as fodder for future awe-inspiring conversations.

What, the potato chip one? Yeah, I love that. Thanks.
And Meadow -- your slinkie quote has reached favorite-quote status for me. Where's it from? I need to know so that I can tell the people I inflict it upon. :D

Sorry, not Meadow, Koffee. I don't know why I did that ...

Yeah, the potato chip one, ZNZ. I'll repeat that a lot. And the slinky one is funny, too. Actually all of Koffee's quotes were great! Oh and Tempest, I do like the Charles Dickens quote

Hello, hello... I'm new to the site and this is my first post. I think I get most of the rules and, shall we say, "customs?" "Traditions?" Anyhoo, I want to be a writer and I have a great quote for the writing section said by the great Charles Dickens himself (if you haven't already, you should all read Nicholas Nickleby, it's his least depressing work and a wonderful book).
"Those who write for posterity should be content with the approbation of posterity."
Something I like to remember every time I don't get glowing criticisms from my writing. Hope it inspires you all...

<3 your name, BTW.

Thanks! I love my name too, by the way. (Not to be too modest, I guess.)
I love your name too, Tempest! It's my favorite Shakespeare play!

Here's some more:
Taste the rainbow....eat crayons!!
Sometimes you've just got to stop and smell the *coffee* (I honestly saw a shirt that said that once *swoon*)
I'm not mean, you're just a sissy :P
Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind :)
You can't break my heart if it was never whole to start with (*tear*)
I'll post some more later :D I spend my free time scouring the internet for ridiculous and hilarity-inducing quotes ;D
