I've been working on a book called The Orphan, which is about a little girl who, when she was born, got stolen from a mafia gang and then abandond 9 years later. Any suggestions? (got writers block)

I am a prepared helper as well.  She got stolen from a mafia gang or by a mafia gang.  These are two very different things.
