You go upstairs, exhausted from the exciting day you've had. Your head races from all the wonders of today, when you notice a small envelope on the foot of your bed.
Immediately, you open it. You know what it is. You pull out the yellowed paper exictedly, and read the letter. It reads-
"Dear Reader,
We are pleased to inform you that you've been accepted into the Academy of the Gifted! You've proven to be just the right kind of gifted. Not book gifted. Granted, it's your choice on whether or not you can keep these gifts. But your academic training will be painful. You may not want the risks. Of course I understand if this is you, but have a broad view. See things in the way that they're meant to be seen, not the way you already see them. If you do, I think your life here will be just fine. I hope you come learn with us. Or I at least hope you make a choice. The right one.

This is a solo write! The intro was more like that of an RP, I know, but... it's a solo write!

1. I will be starting when I get 8 characters!
2. I will try to add a new part at least weekly. We'll see how busy life gets.

Appearance: four amber-colored eyes (don't give any magic or extra abilities), dark brown cropped hair, warm tan skin, freckles, 5' 4", likes to wear hoodies and purple lipstick
Personality: rational, the opposite of impulsive, but doesn't mind trying new things if there's a good reason or if it's easy/safe, stingy with food/belongings, good at consoling others

I REALLY like academy RPs, but this is a solo write....what ever. This is going to be SOOO fun!

Appearance: Long wavy black hair with a red braid in it, Gold eyes (the right one black, both with slitted pupils), Pale alabaster skin and fangs OUTFIT (if there is not a uniform, andifthereisiWANTtodrawit!) Red ripped t shirt with a rock skull on it, black fitted long sleeve black shirt, Baggy ripped gray jeans, fish net tights, Big black boots with thick soles, skull earings, silver nose rings and spike choker.
Personality:sarcastic, moody, bold, artsy and strong willed.
Shipping: With males around her age.
Nervous habits: Bitting nail's and grinding her teeth
Weaknesses: Her anger issues, I big fluffy dog, new art supplies and Boba tea.

Personality: Insecure and arrogant at the same time, isn't sure her place in the world, has no idea what her gift is, can be bossy asf if she feels up to it but other times she acts super weirdly okay about everything. Sharp mood swings-- for example, depending on how she feels if someone's bullying her she may knock their teeth out-- or she may let them walk all over her. Feels out of sync with the world.

Personality: He's pretty calm but funny, and he's the most understanding, comforting person like, ever. He's great at listening and while it seems like he would be overprotective, he isn't. Loves to laugh.

Weaknesses: he's indecisive sometimes, and he has a somewhat short temper (but he won't lash out)
