I'm looking to do a story with someone. :) It can be almost anything except sci-fi...I only want to do it with one person..it doesn't matter who really. :)

I would love to team up with you if you'd like. I, too, am good with almost anything, although I don't want to write horror stories. Fantasy or historical fiction would be fun. And if you pick someone else, I will be horribly offended and not speak to you for at least ten minutes. Then again, when do I speak to you more often than once in ten minutes anyway? :D

Maybe a mix? Like drama/sadness/historical fiction? Hows this idea?

 

 

In the first few chapters or prolouge the setting is in the 1800's, the parents of a eighteen-year-old girl arrange a marriage for her. At first, she doesn't like him, but she grows to love him. She has a child, but she is weakened by it, and becomes very sick. Eventually she dies. When the story comes back, it is third person about the daughter she gave birth too, who is now say, 13.

I'm not sure if you like that so far...i'VE always been a sucker for tradegy..haha.

I like tragedy. :D Hmm... I don't like the last two names - never have - but any of the others are great. I personally have always been a big fan of Adelaide, which fits the time well too. I vote Celeste for the daughter's name, but as already established, I like most of the others, too. What about the father's name? I don't like names like Horace, but names like William, Daniel, Timothy, and such, along with most variations, are fine by me. Would the first few chapters be in first person? That could work well.

I'm not a big fan of those names either, but I thought I would include them in case you liked them. :) What about Cicily for the mother, and Celeste for the daughter? That'd be cute! Yeah, first - person would work well. Um, the father's name.....I had a list of names but I can't find them. D: What about, Henry, Jonothan?
