I'd say go for it! Total merging/easter eggs both seem fine, I think that's up to you. I haven't been keeping up with your story—I think I skimmed it a few days ago—but it seemed awesome, especially from a worldbuilding prospect! Also if you want I'd love to hear (or give feedback/help expand if that's something you're looking for) some more of your worldbuilding ideas on this thread, especially if we/you/whatever try to bring them together a bit more.
all that is to say, I'm supportive of howevermuch you want to merge them but I think it'd be cool :)

That sounds great, then! I'm glad, 'cause I've been thinking about this world a lot too, so it'd be great if they could exist together.
Btw, I'm not sure Flamie is really around rn, so I might start doing a little crossover now even though we haven't got a response (I think she'd be cool with it, but I'll wait a little bit just in case.)

yeah, honestly same. I've started posting depressing poetry on various threads under the name Woodwind XD but other than that I don't interact a ton.
I might post random snippets of interesting information I find sometimes—although unless you want a rant about cloned dogs across history nothing new right now haha
still, I'm glad you're back-ish/hopefully doing a little better! :D
