Hamilkids Introduction

So, I only got three comments, but three is like 0.5 more comments than half of 5, so I will preceed with Hamilkids!

There's no such thing as half a comment

Right...

So I have a first story, but I thought that for today I would give you the characters and their background, just so whoever is reading this isn't confused.

Alex is the kid version of Alexander Hamilton. His timeline is adjusted so that his father left when he was one, his mother died when he was three, and the hurricane hit when he was eight. He was adopted by the Washingtons at age almost eleven and they homeschooled him. The George Washington got a position as a teacher at Lin Manuel Miranda Middle School. Alex is about to start as the new kid. Two notes: 1. He is still not used to being the Washingtons' kid. 2. Alexander the feral tomcat is a character. Alex loves writing and The Hunger Games. (Love intrest: Eliza, Angelica a little)

John is the kid version of John Laurens. I don't know why, but for some reason, he's supposed to like turtles. He can like turtles here, why not? I don't know what else to say about him, he's one of Alex's classmates, and is going to be his best friend. He loves music and Harry Potter. (love intrest: Peggy)

Laf is the kid version of Lafayette, and I'm not going to say his whole name, you get it. He is friends with John and Herc, adn will be friends with Alex. He's got a little brother. Primrose invented his little brother so that a few of them would have younger siblings. He likes baking and Redwall and all things France (he just moved from there) (Love intrest Adrienne)

Herc is the kid version of Hercules Mulligan. His parents own a distigushed fictional clothing company, which started as a tailor shop a really long time ago. He's friends with John and Laf, and will be friends with Alex as well. He likes sewing and Percy Jackson. (Love intrest, Elizabeth Sanders)

Aaron is the kid version of Aaron Burr. He is kind of quiet, but not shy. He doesn't have any friends beyond acquaintances, until Alex shows up. He likes debete team and A Series of Unfortuanate Events. (Love interest: Theodosia)

Angelica is the kid version of Angelica Schuyler. She is the oldest of the Schuyler sisters, who are triplets but don't look alike. She is very protective of her younger sisters. She loves journalism, physics, and The Lord of the Rings. (Love interest Thomas, Alex and little)

Eliza is the kid version of Eliza Schuyler. She is the middle of the Schuyler sisters. You will never find anyone as trusting or as kind. She loves art, biology, and the Time Quintet (A Wrinkle in Time and it's sequels) (Love intrest: Alex)

Peggy is the kid version of Peggy Schuyler. She is the youngest of the Schuyler sisters, and often goes a different path than the two oldest, though she loves them very much and comes back 2/3 of the time. She loves music and Harry Potter (Love intrest: John)

Thomas is the kid version of Thomas Jefferson. His best friend is James. He is very stubborn and willful, and thinks a lot about winning the class election for president. He loves politics, France, and The Lord of the Rings. (Love intrest, Angelica)

James is the kid version of James Madison. He constantly has a cold, and is always there to balance Thomas out. He writes "Official" documents like The Best Friends Bill of Rights (The BFBOR). He loves writing and the Chronicles of Narnia. (No love interest)

Minor characters: Charles, Samuel, Theodosia, Adrienne, Elizabeth Sanders, Maria, James Reynolds.

If you read all of that

They probably didn't

Never

Joe, Lisa, you're grounded and don't get to be in this post anymore. If you read all of that, you understand Hamilkids completely unless I come up with more stuff, and will be ready to read the first story coming out today or tomorrow

Thanks!

Oh, I'll probably read this! I'm such Hamiltrash lol. I'm a little sad it's not Lams (which is my favorite Hamilton ship) but whatever floats your boat, I guess :) I look forwards to seeing the first part!

Yeah, I let Primrose pick some of the ships, and she really likes Jeggy, so I decided to go with Hamliza this time. (She threatened that she wouldn't let me do Thomgelica). If you understand these names, then congrats to you! (Smile more)

Can I just say that this is EPIC?! Like seriously. The idea is epic, sure, but you were able to take it from a good idea to an amazing idea. Some people have good ideas and can't convey them well, but you and Primrose obviously are not those people. I love all the ways you've tied the real chatcaters form the play's personalities into the new characters. It's all so very smart.

Also, I can draw the modern-day Schuyler sisters for you guys if you want. Just give me their age (or ages but it said they were triplets so I was not sure) and any details you want to see in their appearances (example: Peggy has yellow shoes, Eliza has a blue streak in her hair, etc.), and I can draw them. I can't really draw boys but if you like how the Schuylers turn out I can draw any girls you want me to and you can use them as illustrations in the story, just please give me credit :) Don't feel obliged to say yes if you don't want me to; this is your story, not mine.

Thanks Periwinkle. You have no idea how much that means to me and my sister. Also, thanks for the offer. I would love to see your drawings of the modern day Schuyler sisters, I'm just not sure if I know how to put them in the stories. If you still want to drarw them, there aren't that many specifications. They look mostly like the people in the play, but younger and with T-shirts instead of dresses. Peggy wears headphones a lot unless she's in class, and Angelica often has a pencil sticking out of her hair. Eliza's hair is sometimes in a ponytail, sometimes down. Also T-shirt colors are Angelica: pink Eliza: light blue or light green, and Peggy: yellow. This is all if you still want to draw them. I think you ccould post them and then I could tell everyone where it is, what it's titled ect.

Okay, I'll draw them, then I'll make a thread and I'll comment the pictures of them on it. I'll call it something like "The Schuyler Sisters" (without the quotes). Also you don't have to include them in the story at all, it was just an idea! I'll still draw them for you though.
